Really enjoyed our stay. The place is great. Only feedback is grill needs some work and the beach chairs have a fair amount of wear. We highly recommend this property

We love this area and have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. The home was beautiful and convenient for my family (2 adults, 1 three year old, and 2 seniors). Commmunication with property management was excellent. The temp at 72 degrees worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.
Great unit and area and close to everything in Waikoloa. Kona Coast Vacations was great to deal with. Very clean grounds and pool area. Bbq on the deck was a nice to have. If I could I would rate a 4.5 I would but it’s not a 5 ( short sheets on the bed, dishwasher is old and doesn’t work as good as it could, mix mash of cutlery, glasses, 3 broken Tommy chairs in the garage etc, things just getting a bit dated )

Mahalo for the feedback on your stay in our property. I apologize that there weren't full matching sets of dishware, we'll be conducting a thorough inspection on the kitchen contents. We'll also have the dishwasher inspected. As for the beach chairs, we don't provide or maintain beach gear since it isn't an advertised amenity but based on your feedback, we'll make sure to go through those items and dispose of anything broken. Great place for a family. Fit everything we needed. Only real complaint is no inside lock on the front door. We have twin three year olds that are very exploratory. We had to put a suitcase in front of the door so we would hear them if they tried to open the door. Would recommend to anyone with a family, with Queens market right across the road it was very convenient.
A great vacation home in a perfect location across from Queens shops and a block from Kings shops. We made many great meals with the BBQ on the lanai. Condo was well stocked and quickly felt like home! We’ll be back!
This was my family‘s first visit to Hawaii but it will not be the last. Upon arriving to the property we noticed the pristine groundskeeping and how beautiful the neighborhood was. The condo is very clean and well-kept. The washer in the dryer where a must for a six day stay. The outdoor Viking grill was put to good use with Steak Fillets and potatoes from the farmers market. The beds were very comfortable with enough pillows to accommodate everyone. We could not have asked for a better location to stay at with the shops across the street serving gourmet breakfast and other meals. Amazing experience overall. We will return. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.
This condo is perfect. Beautiful grounds and near everything. Queen marketplace right across the street. Kona vacation rentals the property management company was very responsive to all requests. Big Island is special. We come every year. This will be our place to stay going forward.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to shopping beaches, resorts, etc. Many activities in walking distance. The property was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, with the golf course view. The outdoor grill was a great bonus. We are interesting in staying again, for our next visit to the island! Thank you

Nice property. We couldn’t get the tv to work in the master bedroom but we didn’t call about it because it wasn’t a big deal to us.

This was my young families first time traveling to Hawaii, first time staying in a Vrbo. This place was exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, plus other items we were not expecting such as plenty of pool/beach equipment! The pool was wonderful has a nice solace area for my babies but a big enough deep area it dosnt feel crowded. And bonus they have the apartment smelling so nice when you walk in! We will definitely book this place in the future.
We loved our stay at Waikoloa Villas and Condo O22 was perfect. It was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The lanai was so peaceful and we loved watching the golfers go by during the day and enjoyed the warm sun as it went down in the evening. The unit had everything we needed and more. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping across the street and the beach wasn’t far either.
