This home had everything that was needed for mine and my family's stay. I didn't have a small child with me but even if I had everything that you would need is there. It was really home away from home and if I am ever back in Jacksonville I hope the same property is available because the stay was absolutely wonderful and would love to stay again.

Great house for a family with kids! Enjoyed the pool! The water in the canal was too low to do anything but the pool was warm! Enjoyed grilling out! Great space, lots of room for kids and adults. Close to town to get groceries or go out to eat!

Hi amber, Glad to hear you had a great time. Sorry to see the 3 star rating. We are always arriving to improve. I understand the pool was only available for half your stay as we had a new liner installed during your stay. But this was told to you ahead of time and we offered a full refund to cancel at no penalty. After choosing to keep the reservation and then rating us at 3 stars we feel is very bad faith. We do appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

It wasn’t bad. It definitely had everything you’d need if staying with young children which is a plus. It was fairly clean. The shower in the master bath does not work so you really only have one shower. The pool was not heated and was pretty chilly all weekend. The pictures definitely made it appear a lot nicer than it was. It’s very deceiving and not in a great neighborhood. The area is very run down and old. Definitely overpriced.

Lake house

Great little house for a quick get away to Jacksonville. We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very convenient to everything and the kids had a great time. The house was very well kept and cleaned.

Everything appeared the same as in the pictures. Perfect place to get together with friends or family. Host was very friendly and required minimal check out instructions. Over great experience 10/10

Outstanding Vacation Stay

Thank You for providing a Beautiful Safe Very Clean property for me and family to stay and enjoy for an entire week! The kids really enjoyed the pool they couldn't stay out of it. We enjoyed fishing from the very safe dock. We caught fish everyday that we were there. Brought them home too! Ample space for all the kds to sleep and watch movies. If anyone thanking of renting this vacation rental do it you will loveit we did. Thanks, Jay

Pool liner is coming off the side of the pool, lots of debris in the pool bottom, likely from the weather, but we didn't have a means to clean the bottom (skimmer net pole didn't seem to reach)
