Much sought after Leeward Key 3rd floor unit with direct gulf views! 'Gigi's Ocean View' has been a non-rental unit since 2008 and is in beautiful condition. Brand-new stainless steel appliances have been added as well as freshly painted walls as of July of 2019. 'Gigi's Ocean View' has added brand-new bunk beds to the 2nd bedroom to make this a cozy vacation destination for your family. Gigi is still in the process of redecorating and adding her personal touches so stay tuned for updates!

Leeward Key is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool & restrooms on the beach. This beach-side pool has outdoor showers and wifi. There is an additional pool on the north side of the condo building, which has outdoor gas BBQ grills. It also has an onsite Fitness Facility and snack/DVD vending machines, and 2 elevators servicing its 12 floors.

This unit has all tile in kitchen/dining/living area. The Master Suite & living room has a gorgeous gulf view which to spoil yourself. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with another twin over twin bunk. Both rooms have their own bathroom. The living room has a new 60' smart tv with Bluray player, while both bedrooms have their own 55' new smart tv's as well.

The location is terrific. The ocean view is amazing and there are great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the beach and the access to the beach chairs and umbrella. The property was well equipped and had some nice personal touches. We had great communications with the property manager as well.

We stayed at “Gigi’s Ocean View” condo at Leeward Key from 5/12/24 to 5/17/24. We have been vacationing in Destin since the 1980’s and this by far is our favorite place. We will definitely be back. The condo was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The beach set up was a great perk. The beachside pool was wonderful. Our host, Jackie was very helpful with any questions we had. Our stay was fantastic.

We really loved this property. Leeward Key is an excellent location with great amenities. The unit was decorated beautifully. It has been updated and looks even better than the pictures. It is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Great views from the balcony and the MBR window. I have stayed in the Destin area about 15 times and this condo was one of the best, highly recommended!
