You'll love staying in The Pinery, because of the safe, relaxing location and comfortable, clean accommodations. With so many nice reviews, you will be assured of a great stay. The Pinery is located near Parker, CO, about 30 miles from downtown Denver and 35 miles from Denver Airport. Sit back and relax in this peaceful location with deer wandering around the neighborhood.

The space includes:
-Basement with shared home entrance and access to the backyard either through the garage. I live full-time above the apartment.
-Inviting, comfortable, and cozy.
-There is a small refrigerator and an extra full-size refrigerator in the garage (if you need the extra space), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and milk brother, dinnerware, and utensils.
-NO stove/oven, dishwasher in the space, but long-term guests are welcome to use the main kitchen.
- Shared washer and dryer available for guests staying at least a week.
-BBQ grill for guest use on the deck. Supply your own charcoal.
-One bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.
-Full-size futon that opens if you have an extra guest.
-3/4 bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries.
-Sitting area with a full futon for an extra guest, OTA TV, and Roku stick with some premium streaming services. You are welcome to log in to your own apps if you'd like.
-I provide coffee and tea to start your day with. Sit back, relax, kick up your feet.
-Relaxing, peaceful patio with table and chairs, and a yard that is shared occasionally with my friendly dog and cats, and lots of birds. Start your morning with coffee and breakfast on the patio.
-Secure wifi
-I live upstairs and am an early riser but do my best to be quiet if you're downstairs. Please let me know if it's too loud upstairs and I'll adjust accordingly. You have your privacy but I'm available if you need anything.

There are resident cats and two very sweet dogs, so if that's a problem for you, or you have allergies, please find another place to stay. I am dog friendly for well-behaved, non-aggressive, and quiet dogs and cats. You may NOT leave your dogs in the apartment while you are gone, as I have had issues with dogs barking for hours on end when left alone.

If you're looking to book for an extended stay, bear in mind that the apartment does NOT have a full kitchen, though you are welcome to use the main house kitchen. If you require a kitchen and don't want to share mine, please do NOT book this location.
