The Pinery Retreat had everything I needed during my stay. Full size kitchen, king size bed, desk station, tv relaxing area, and a full bath. There is a nice breakfast area outside with extra chairs and a peaceful waterfall. The hosts are AMAZING! I highly recommend.

Great property. The battery was bad on the door, so my code didn’t work. But homeowner was on property & replaced battery, so I was able to enter the property. Other than that hiccup, all was fine. Would stay again.

This was one of the best properties I have ever had the pleasure of staying..Mary is a top notch host, excellent communication throughout my stay..the property was so clean and quiet(I hardly heard them upstairs. I enjoyed the location..it felt like I wasn’t near a large city! The property was fully stocked and then some! They have thought of everything you would need! I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy playing ball and frisbee with sweet Peak!! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here when we come to visit our Granddaughter.

Wonderful place to stay! Comfortable. Excellent kitchen for cooking, even sharp knives which are rare. Great communication with owner. I'll happily return if I ever end up needing to stay in the area again. I would have enjoyed sitting by the stream if weather had been better.

Our stay at the Pinery was amazing. The location was perfect being close to downtown Parker and castle rock. Everything was exceptional. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and laundry as well as other added amenities. We will come back

We had a great little weekend stay. The host was very responsive and really accommodating to our late arrival and needs. We enjoyed coffee on the patio (though it was chilly out) watching the deer. This place had all the little amenities we didnt know we needed until we needed them. Would definitely recommend.

The Pinery - Great stay!

Deer for neighbors

Well equipped kitchen, friendly people and dogs...I was in town to take a demanding course and really appreciated unwinding in a homey and quiet atmosphere.

Beautiful scenery to wake up to in the mornings with the waterfall, wild turkeys and dear strolling through the backyard. The layout is nice with an incredibly well stocked and very spacious kitchen. The bed was comfortable with many pillow options, and the ELECTRIC BLANKET was a huge bonus!!! We also used the sound machine for sleeping at night. So many nice touches like cozy blankets and the snack basket. We would definitely stay there again.

Mary is very friendly and accommodating! Excellent communication and the place is wonderful! I stayed for 7 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean and ready to use when I arrived. The batteries in one of the fire alarms went out and Mary and her husband fixed it asap. I also really appreciated the heated steps when it was needed! I had everything I needed in the kitchen and loved how much was provided in general, including some board and card games! I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to stay here again someday!

More than we expected!

The apartment location was perfect for us, it was close to our son’s house and it’s also five or ten minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The apartment was cozy and very well equipped. Mary, has thought about every single detail to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. We will come back for sure.
