Newly updated in January 2013 with custom kitchen cabinets, granite counters, hardwood floor in kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, queen-size leather sofa-sleeper, 40' flat-screen TV in living room and 32' flat-screen TV in bedroom, WiFi, wood-burning fireplace. Read the reviews. This is one of the best values in Park City.

Free bus will get you almost anywhere you need to go. Grocery store (Fresh Market) is one block away.

We had a great time, location is walkable to multiple lifts, easy walk to Main St, and also to a grocery store. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect condo in a perfect location

This property was perfect for our family of four who wanted to escape for a ski week. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The property had everything we needed for a week long stay and my kids enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property manager was one of the nicest and most accommodating I have ever encountered with rentals. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent condo in a perfect, convenient location to walk to Park City resort. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bonus points for stocking things like firewood, pump hand soap, and coffee!!

Amazing location!

If you’re going to Park City to ski, this condo cannot be beat. Its location is directly across the street from the slopes. We walked over everyday. Easy walk. A quick Uber to downtown (a mile away) for lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the fireplace and the bed was soooooo comfy. Also great water pressure in the shower.

Great long weekend in Park City

Perfect stay in PC! The condo is centrally located & well maintained. Excellent communication with Tom, the owner, who kindly let us check in early as we had an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

Ski trip

Perfect location for a ski trip. No need to have a car. A couple of minutes walk to the nearest chairlift. 10 minutes walk to a supermarket. Bus stop just outside to take you to Main Street. The property has everything you need. We would stay here again if we visit Park City.

Great ski trip

Stayed in the property with my 10 year old son for a weekend ski trip. It was right across the street from the Park City base and had everything we needed. Tom was also very helpful and accommodating to a change in our travel plans.

Great location and great value

Condo location was great and unit was very nice. Upscale renovations and just the right size for our family of three. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. Definately recommend this unit!
