Southern Sea's" offers a Beach Cottage in a small picket fence community within 8 min. walk to the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. Enjoy your evening under the covered Rocking chair porch or grill/dine outside on the back patio with a fenced yard. This home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with open floor plan from the Kitchen, Living area to Dining Room. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar and comes fully stocked to make your favorite dishes/ recipes. Start making those memories with friends & family at our Community pool/gas grills/fountains/tables/restroom all within a few steps. Property sleeps 6 people. Pet friendly for small dogs 2+ years or older and under 35LBS. No puppies./Updated rabies vaccine/dog photo. Traveler ID required & must be 25 yrs or older.

The fully fenced yard was great for our two small dogs. Everything you need is there. Beach toys and wagons with public beach access just a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because of the Charm from the decor of the homes and picket fence through out. It's like a little community you would see in a movie. It's a small neighborhood with sidewalks and so much character for each home. Our house has a large kitchen/living/dining area for you to enjoy with your family and that was very important to me. I hope you enjoy it and please share your vacation memories with us.

What makes this property unique

I know some guest don't want to cook on vacation but if you do we are working on a recipe wall for all of our guest who would like to add one of their favorites dishes. I plan to frame the recipe's for everyone to enjoy!!! You may want to snap a picture of one and cook it later at your home... Destin has amazing food so I don't blame you if you don't want to cook on vacation.... Just enjoy, relax & make those memories........
