Located high above the city of Tucson, in the Tucson Mountains, a fully furnished Santa Fe-style double suite casita. Luxury lodging in a serene desert atmosphere. Bird watcher's paradise. Convenient to downtown and the University. Perfect for those who want to settle in and relax with comfortable furniture, cable TV, and Internet access.
End unit across the street (with access to) the heated 25 yard swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. A block from the golf clubhouse. Clubhouse hosts a sports bar and restaurant (remodeling til May 2025) and manages the resort golf courses. Walking distance to the fabulous Marriott Starr Pass Resort where you can sip cocktails by an open fire and starlight sky. Easy access to the Tucson Mountain Park hiking and biking trails.
Contains a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, a furnished living-dining area with open-beam ceilings, wood and saltillo tile floors, private patio, cable TV, and stereo. Dining area by the fireplace with LED ambiance flickering candles.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet with lots of hangers, two armoires, cable TV, full bathroom with large walk in shower and a double sink vanity, and large closet with room to store your suitcases.
The second-bedroom has 2 double beds, microwave, small fridge, and bar sink with its own bathroom and entrance. It also has a separate heating and cooling system. No subletting allowed but perfect for your guests.
The patio has table and chairs for your early morning coffee and bird watching opportunities. Larger outdoor table and more chairs available for patio dining.
Large refrigerator. New appliances: gas range, dishwasher, water heater, garbage disposal, and HVAC units for air conditioning and heating.
A washer/dryer in the casita. Outer storage room for golf clubs or bicycles.
