Newly Renovated UNIT 2X3: Splish Splash! This bright and airy one-bedroom condo is ultra-refreshing and perfect for your rejuvenating beach vacation!

Blue hues are splashed throughout this unit, reminding you that the color often symbolizes serenity and inspiration. An imaginative floor plan lays out everything you need, including plenty of seating, without feeling the least bit cramped. Distinctive marble tile makes bathroom one of a kind and the high-top patio set makes you feel like you're floating in the clouds. Flat screen TVs in all room. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location overlooks the pool and beach beyond, providing an incomparable view of the water's horizon!

This year my wife and went solo to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Sanibel. Ocean's Reach was a excellent choice! The website's pictures accurately depict the property. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. All of the kitchen supplies looked brand new. The staff is attentive, and the check-in/check-out process is seamless. Everyone (including other guests) were so friendly! We are already looking at our schedules for next year. We'd love to return soon!

Wonderful experience

The rental process and stay was very pleasant and very enjoyable. We will be staying with you again and recommending your condos to others. Pool was great. Just a short walk to the beach . Kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed. Furniture was all in good shape. Eating breakfast out on the lanai was great. Grounds are attractive and well maintained. A good value for the price.
