This stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a modern living space with stylish furnishings (including 2 recliners), beach-inspired décor, and direct access to your screened-in lanai to enjoy endless sunshine and sweeping ocean vistas. The lanai is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy sunset cocktails, or simply take in the soothing sights and sounds of the surf.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining area - plus your very own custom coffee bar, perfect for jumpstarting beach days or winding down with an evening brew. The in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays and sandy adventures extra convenient.

The bedroom offers a plush king bed while the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for overnight guests.

From your private paradise, you're just steps away from the white sand beach, oceanfront pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and lush tropical grounds that make Ocean’s Reach one of Sanibel’s most beloved vacation destinations. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Loved the high chairs to be able to see over the railing. Very short walk to the beach and great shelling. Everyone in the office was so nice. I would highly recommend & hope to get back again!
