OUR BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED CONDO IS LOCATED AT SUNDIAL RESORT ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE "I" BUILDING.
OUR PRICE IS BASED ON OCCUPANCY BY TWO ADULTS. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OVER 16 WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA OF 25$/NIGHT PLUS TAX. KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE.
OUR CONDO EARNED MORE THEN 270 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. OUR GUESTS EMPHASIZE THE EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS, PERFECT AMENITIES AND THE LOCATION. It is located on the beach on the south rim of Sanibel Island facing the Gulf of Mexico; the beachfront and the pool are just 60 yards from our condo.
With 780 sqft (73 m2) living area and 150 sqft (14 m2) screened lanai, our just remodeled condo offers the biggest one bedroom unit floor plan available at Sundial, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a beautiful view of the gulf. With ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit (carpet in the bedroom), granit countertops, crown molding, comfortable furnishing, and tasteful artwork, you will experience the touch of luxury you deserve on your holiday.
Our bedroom features two queen size beds for your added comfort; 3 seats sleeper sofa and a recliner chair in the living room. There is ample storage space throughout.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years, and it is always an excellent experience. The hosts are extremely attentive, very kind, and always make sure everything is perfect from the moment you arrive.The house is spotless, extremely well maintained, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. You can really tell how much care and thought goes into keeping it in such great condition.It’s not easy to find a place that makes you want to return again and again, but this one truly does. My husband and stayed here for our anniversary trip. It was very close to the beach, the view from the condo unit was spectacular for morning coffee and the resort is in a great location to restaurants, bike trails ect. We had a wonderful time! The owners meet you to check in and provide lots of information on Sanible!

Fabulous Anniversary Vacation

Sundial is a lovely property with easy access to a beautiful beach. Zdenka and Zdenek were very easy to work with, and their accommodations included everything we needed during our stay. We had a truly lovely time, would definitely recommend this rental, and hope that we will have the opportunity to return.

There were so many special touches the owner dud to make our stay so memorable.

The owner greeting us was so nice to help go over the property and amenities of pool access, restaurants etc. The condo was so clean and had all the necessary things we needed for the beach and cooking. The view was spectacular and such an easy beach access. We would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for a lovely time.

Great Location on Sanibel Beach!

This was a fantastic place to stay at with great access to the beach and use of of the Sundial pool, and bar area. The hosts, Zdenek and Zdeneka, met us at the unit to personally welcome us and give us the lay of the land so we could know about the best restaurants, stores and shops. Great Job!!

Our condo is on the beach on the south rim of Sanibel Island facing the Gulf of Mexico; the beachfront is just 25 yards, our pool just 60 yards from our condo. Our condo features 780 sq.ft. living area and 150 sq.ft. screened lanai and provides the biggest 1 BR floor plan within the Sundial Beach Resort. We have 2 queen size beds in the bedroom. 3 seats sleeper sofa and a comfortable recliner chair in the living room. Dining table with 4 comfortable dining chairs with casters, coffee tables and a dresser to complete the furnishings.

We are the owners of this condo for 30 years, live close by, do the check-in/out personally, are on call in case of necessity and will assist you with anything as needed.

Enjoy swimming or just taking a bath in the ocean, walking and shelling on the beach, watching shore birds and dolphins or swimming in one of our swimming pools. Relax on the beach or explore the island by car or on a bike and understand why we call it paradise. There is no hectic, no traffic, it is an ideal spot for relaxing vacation. Arthur Frommer placed Sanibel on top of his 10 worldwide Top Favorites . 'Ding' Darling Refuge won Florida Monthly's best award for Best Place for Watching Birds the 7th consecutive year and is one of the top 10 most visited refuges in USA. When announced the 10 best Islands in the USA, Sanibel & Captiva named as #2. The National Shell Museum is unique nationwide and received the Certificate of Excellence Award.

The resort has only buildings with 4 floors and no parking for the public (except those who stay there) which guarantees few people on the beach.
