House is neat and very clean.
Parking right on street walk up too house.
Quint down town is 8 min away.
Bart too City 10 min away, strongly recomend too take bart to San Fransisco, unless you are prepared too pay in parking garage all day in order to have all day freedom. Or Uber and Lyft around. Napa wine country 1 hour away.
Enjoy u-pick local farms in Brentwood.
