Our apartment was recognized as one of the most beautiful renovations in 2018 and awarded the "signature les arcs" award by an expert jury in November 2018.
In addition, the apartment benefits from the highest arch classification of 4 crystals. This offers a commitment to quality and comfort for the occupants.

The apartment, located on the 7th floor with a clear view of Mont Blanc (north exposure), is extremely functional. This 25m² offers a cocooning and very pleasant spirit for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It is located in the heart of the village of Villards and enjoys tranquility due to its positioning a little behind the hyper center. It still allows you to benefit from all the services in the immediate vicinity:
- 3 minutes from shops, restaurants, concierge, mini-market, etc.
- 5 minutes from the snow front with all departures (Villards, Transarcs) and the ESF ski school.

The covered parking, included in the rental, allows very quick access to the apartment. Located on the main level, you will only have one level to climb (elevator or staircase) to find yourself in the village of Villards. The journey is then simple and short, since it is enough to walk a few meters to reach the entrance of the residence (secure access), all fully covered. All you have to do is reach the apartment floor using one of the two secure elevators.

Description of the apartment:
With an area of 25 m², it has two rooms.
The entrance is equipped with ski boot holders and a space reserved for skis.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower 80 * 80, a toilet and a vanity unit.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, raclette, toaster, coffee maker, kettle ...
The main room will allow you to relax on a sofa while watching a program on the flat screen or listening to the radio. The 4 comfortable chairs will welcome for a family meal.
The bedroom will allow you to rest in a large 160 * 200 bed while keeping an eye on your children lying on the two single beds (90 * 190) located above. Storage will allow you to store your belongings for the stay. You can even wake up there facing Mont Blanc!

This accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Free shuttles allow you to navigate between the 4 stations of the arcs and to join the funicular to get to Bourg-Saint-Maurice (free with package).

Superbe logement avec une vue magnifique

Logement idéalement situé au coeur des Villards, proche commerces et pistes. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. Le logement est bien agencé et joliment aménagé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Comfortable accomodation with great views

My girlfriend and I stayed here in january and were very impressed with the accomodation. It was very clean, comfortable and quite stylish, with a great view of the mountains from the balcony. There were plenty of leaflets left out with information on the ski area, which was very useful. The check in process was very smooth and communication with the owner was quick and informative. All in all it was great value and suited our needs perfectly.
