House located 300 meters from Pen Guen beach. Close to the 18-hole Pen Guen golf course.
Sea view, especially from the bedrooms.
Large garden with trees and flowers of 1300 m2.
Recent house with all the equipment necessary for the well being of your stay (Television channels TNT + Netflix - DVD player - Freezer - refrigerator - Oven - Microwave oven - Ironing board - Washing machine - Dish washer - Coffee maker .........).
Ideal house for 6 people.
3 rooms . rooms with beautiful sea view. These 2 bedrooms each have 2 beds of 900 x 2000. The third bedroom, garden view, has a double bed.
Bathroom (Towel dryer - Hair dryer) Very large shower.
Landing with regional magazines.
Large, very bright living room (3 bay windows) including a south side garden. Each bay window is fitted with an electric shutter.
Parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with gate.
Barbecue. Table and chairs for the garden.
