Rent this great house just steps from the beautiful Kismet Fire Island beach. House is upside-down style, 4 bedrooms downstairs and open living/kitchen/dining and large deck on the second floor. 80 yard walk to the beach!

We are looking for families looking to have a great week with friends at the beach.

* 4 bedrooms downstairs:- (1) Queen bed (2) Double Bed (3) Large Bunk bed, queen bottom and single top (4) Two single beds
* Central A/C upstairs
* Individual A/C units in all bedrooms
* 1.5 baths plus Outdoor Shower!
* Large outside two-level back deck facing national seashore
* Front deck with bar table, stools, and lounge furniture
* Fully equipped upstairs kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and place settings
* Dining table seats 10
* Upstairs couch is pull-out with double bed
* Wireless internet - High-speed Gigabit
* One bedroom has office table and desk chair
* Weber Gas BBQ
* bicycles, tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrella, and various sporting goods
* Complete linens, including beach towels
* Washer/Dryer
