on the 1st floor, without elevator, this 60 m² apartment has been completely refurbished and comprises a beautiful living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds, the other with a 160cm bed and a large dressing room. A shower room and separate toilet.

The bed is made up on arrival, and towels are provided and included in the rental price, as is cleaning at the end of your stay.

La plage de bon secours, porte St Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach, and at low tide you can go to l'ile du Grand bé where you'll find Chateaubriand's tomb.
All shops are within walking distance of the apartment.

Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to buy local produce:
Butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas from Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Les 4 saisons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe. Two supermarkets on rue St Vincent and rue de Dinan.

Restaurants and cafés:
On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy fine seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'Or, a Sunday lunch at Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant in a friendly atmosphere, with home cooking on the menu, tarts, salads, tartines, soups, in a brocante decor. The passenger cooks original, playful dishes on lava stone.
In the evenings, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's or a cosy one at L'Univers, while beer lovers will be seduced by Aviso's 500 beers! For lovers of cocktails and rum in a nautical atmosphere, you can toast to Trinquette on the harbor along the Bassin Vauban.

Visits : The town museum in one of the town's dungeons, with a panoramic view of Saint Malo, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside, or with the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.

Transportation: Buses and coaches leave from Place St Vincent to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. l
