Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you L'Escapade Malouine, classified 2*, a comfortable and bright new 40 m² flat with balcony, ideally located in the St-Servan district of Saint-Malo, on the 4ᵉ floor with lift. The flat comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. You'll be able to enjoy the sun at any time of day thanks to its east/west exposure.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed and TV.
- A dining area with a high table for up to 4 guests
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, oven.
- An east-facing sleeping area, separate from the living area, with a double bed (140x190), closet and bookcase.
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
- A west-facing balcony to enjoy the sunsets

- Easily accessible from the entrance to Saint-Malo
- 450 m from the famous Ville-Pépin shopping street, with all amenities - Shops nearby: bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, mini-market, restaurants and other shops
