Located in a quiet and residential area 5 minutes from downtown Perpignan, 15 minutes from Canet-Plage, 30 minutes from the Spanish border and 1 hour from Font Romeu
Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends with its 4 double rooms each equipped with a TV and a bathroom
The cleaning fee includes the provision of bed linen and towels and 2 hours of cleaning (for floors) mid-week

Excellent séjour

Fabienne et Guy sont des hôtes charmants. Leur villa est magnifique, très bien située pour découvrir la région (mer, montagne) et à proximité de boulangeries et d'un supermarché. Tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies en famille ! Merci !

Excellent !!!

Magnifique séjour en famille dans la maison de Guy et son épouse. Rien à dire, la maison est juste superbe que ce soit au niveau des equipements, de l'agencement ou encore du design très soft et moderne je peux facilement dire quelle sera au goût de tous. Celle-ci est équipée d'une très belle piscine qui dispose d'ailleur d'un volet de protection rassurant quand vous avez des enfants en bas âge !! Nous avons également apprécié le quartier résidentiel qui est hyper tranquil et calme avec à côté de toute commodité et accès à l'autoroute à 1min en voiture. Merci également à Guy et son épouse qui sont des gens très agréable, respecteux de l'intimité et très disponible en cas de besoin. Bref en 2 mots foncez y les yeux fermés !!!

Excellent séjour à Perpignan

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette magnifique maison, encore plus agréable et spacieuse que ce que les photos laissaient imaginer. Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques lors de l'accueil et disponibles si besoin. La région vaut la peine et vous serez rapidement sur les axes principaux pour effectuer vos visites.

Comme à la maison !

Nous n'avons passé qu'une semaine, dommage ! Très belle maison décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Très agréable pour des vacances en famille. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis. La région vaut le détour, beaucoup de belles balades à faire en montagne, en ville comme à la mer. Nous recommandons !!
