Entire house, gardens, pool and spa are completely private with fenced and heavily landscaped yard - you won't see any neighbor! This house is not shared with anyone but your family. Why they chose this property
The house is very unique compared to most square box, cinderblock houses you'll find in South Florida. The house was completely renovated and updated in the last several to a very hip and modern look and that has a very relaxed, comfortable, at home feel. The back yard is a private tropical get away that is very different than the open yards you'll likely see many of. The pool and hot tub are amazing - salt water and heated in the winter for year round comfort.
