We loved our stay here. Our host Steve was super welcoming. The accommodation was very clean, well appointed, spacious and had beautiful mexican decor. The two pools were very clean and comfortable to hang around. The beach was a short 3 block walk from the condo. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Host steven was very responsive the condo was well appointed and met our needs. Comfortable beds, great AC, awesome location close to beach and geeat restaurants, 2 very nice pools. Street parking across from condo. A few stairs to climb but worth it.

Condo and property were awesome! Loved the spaciousness and decor. It was perfect for two couples. Good proximity to the ocean/beach and a great pool area that had sufficient lounge chairs for the complex.

Villas De Monarca Club Santiago

This is the second time staying in this apartment and have love it since the first time. it's a great space with 3 balconies and great size 2 bedrooms. I can't say enough of the apartment and the complex amenities. 2 pools and plenty of palm trees and the beach steps away.

Beautiful/Relaxing stay

We loved our time here, the condo was a short walk from the beach, plus the pool at the property was great as well! The condo had plenty of dishes for cooking and eating as well as the main spices needed. One of the nights there we grilled burgers and enjoyed eating them in the patio! There was a smart tv, bored games, books, and dvd's so plenty to keep entertained with. The condo is also very spacious and beautiful plenty of room if you would like to invite guests as well.

Beautiful Club Santiago

We had a great experience at Steven’s home. It is in an amazing location and beautiful neighborhood. The home is immaculate with lots of space and Steven was kind to leave an extra mattress for our sons as three boys were sharing a room. The pool was lovely at the end of the day and Steven was easy to reach if we had questions. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck for dinner in the evening. We hope we can come back again in the future.

Nice and cozy apartment

Wonderful place to stay. Location is great. This apartment is big and has everything you need. There only thing I found inconvenient is the master bathroom’s faucet that is loose and not working properly. Other than that I think it is a nice apartment to stay. Working Ac, but we didn’t need it. Weather was fantastic. Owner answers all your questions.

Check In Process and Communication

The manager is pleasant but reactive rather than proactive. I received no arrival information, and I had to call him to get it, I changed two light bulbs, cleaned the back terrace light where pigeons are nesting, a visit before the guests arrive to ensure everything is functioning would be in order. He called me the day after I left to ask me about the key, either he didn’t know our departure date, or he didn’t get the information. No TV message weak or no signal.

Hello Yvon, We appreciate your feedback! I’m really disappointed to hear of your experience with our house manager. This is concerning and we will address these issues immediately. In the PDF info file we sent you (and all other guests) upon booking via VRBO we provide our personal cell numbers and offer the opportunity for all our guest to reach out to us, anytime, for any reason big or small. We wished you had taken us up on our offer and reached out to us directly so we could have resolved your issues quickly and have made your stay more pleasant. In addition each guest is assigned a personal lock box for your keys. A new number is assigned per guest. We are surprised to learn this wasn’t communicated to you. We never heard from you so we assumed things were going well. All we wanted for you was a comfortable stay. It sounds like the condo itself offered that, apart from the lack of care from our house manager. Please private message us when you have some time, we’d like the opportunity to have you as a guest once again in Manzanillo under improved conditions. Best, Suanne & Steve

Excelente lugar para pasar el tiempo con la familia

El lugar fue incluso mejor que en el anuncio, todo fue muy cómodo, hay varios restaurantes cerca y la playa queda a 5min caminando, tienes una increíble vista a la alberca y a las propiedades cercanas, esta equipado con todo la casa solo para que lleves tu comida y olvidate de procuparte por las llaves, por que la puerta es con cerradura electronica!, la anfitriona Suanne de lo mejor muy amable y servicial, lo recomiendo

The perfect place to vacation in Manzanillo! It feels like home away from home. Perfect location too

Thank you Suanne for allowing us to enjoy your place in Paradise! I had the opportunity to stay in this unit under the previews owner, and let me tell you... every little thing I thought could be improved.. it has!!! You guys have done it right! Better sheets, great pillows and a grill!!! Perfect for long stays too. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and convenience store. Truly enjoyed the common areas and the perfectly manicured gardens. A place to go back for sure!

We love the food, culture, beaches and mountains in this lovely, friendly community of Club Santiago in Manzanillo Mexico. Now we’d like to share our vacation home with you!

Villas De Menorca has a lovely private resort vibe with a traditional colorful, Mexican feel. The property grounds have stunning views of the mountains, pools, palapa and lush tropical palm trees. The energy of the grounds is vibrant and peaceful.
At night we can hear the waves crash into the ocean and the sound of tropical wildlife -So peaceful!

With our Villa being on the top floor, the views are breathtaking! Our condo is a home away from home and has everything one may need to relax and enjoy!
We love that we can walk to convenient stores, beach restaurants, and take a bike ride or stroll through the gorgeous well kept grounds of Club Santiago. You truly have all of your needs met within waking distance. Nature wise, we have beautiful plants, birds, Iguanas, gecko's and sea life to be captivated by.
