Make wonderful family memories at this fabulous 5th floor, 2/2 unit at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5516 in the heart of Orange Beach. Book your next vacation in this beautifully decorated condo and your loved ones with thank you later!

THE SPACE: Don't worry about what you need because this spacious condo has it all! The kitchen has all NEW appliances and is fully equipped including everything you need to cook your vacation specialties. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Our dining table seats 4, with 4 seats available at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and comfortable seating The master Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, and DVD player. Both bathrooms have a full bath with a tub/shower combo. You have access to your gulf front balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy our inviting amenities which include two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (located in building 1, heated year-round), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, spacious picnic area, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps from the beach and a private, coded locked gate is provided at the entrance. Beach chair and umbrella service is available in season. Tents are allowed but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *Boats and trailers are not allowed on property except when loading or unloading. You must make arrangements to park your boat and trailer offsite prior to your arrival. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please depart at/before 10 am CST on the last day of your reservation as per the Rental Agreement. No late checkout. Leave all linens on the beds, leave all towels in the bathroom.
Housekeeping will arrive shortly to inspect the unit and thereafter have the unit cleaned for the next guest. No late departures. Clean all dishes and put away. Don't leave the dishwasher running.
*If you use the sofa sleeper, please remove the linens and leave them on top of the sofa. Do not leave any food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bookings accepted, but only CONFIRMED upon signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours, emailed after booking. Min age 25, proof is required
4 PM arrival,10 AM departure. Purchase parking pass onsite, limit 2, display in vehicle, price subject to change. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
Departure: Place garbage in trash (no trash pickup at the unit). Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishwasher running. Sweep sand from unit.

The condo had everything we could need for Spring Break vacation on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean right from the patio. Close to the elevator for quick access to the parking lot or beach/pool. Arcade for the kids and a nice seafood restaurant right across the street.
