Excellent—will come back!

We stay in Orange Beach every summer, and this was our second visit for 2024. This was our first visit to this unit and we will definitely return! Everything was super clean and comfortable! The owner was very responsive and friendly.

We had such a wonderful time! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. We will be rebooking for next summer or the next.

Family Vaca

The condo was perfect - the nicest condo I’ve ever booked. The location was perfect and the beach was awesome; however, the staff working the desk and the security were not the best. Our first night, an older man fell and broke his arm outside the elevator and no one could be found to help. Our last night, my kids got sick and the staff at the desk couldn’t care less and would not help us find something to be able to clean up the condo. I would book here again but those working the property need to be held to a different standard.

Great Location! Nice property

Location and property was great! The door lock was broken but the host was very responsive. Could have been a little cleaner but was nice (rug had sand, toilets and sinks weren't cleaned well but not nasty). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment! Loved the balcony!

Great stay

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in Jeannie's 5th floor condo in Phoenix VI! Her place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the updated master shower was very nice. Loved the view from the balcony and the location of both the condo and the condo complex. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we can't wait to go back!

Spring Break family getaway

The home was just as described, everything was clean and the setup was perfect for our needs. Great location too! We were able to see dolphins playing in the gulf one night from our balcony which was a bonus!

Great Gulf Views and comfortable condo, but read the description and realize they charge $55/ vehicle to park. First time I have ever had to pay to park at a Condo I was renting!

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely. Jeanne was amazing getting us in early. Only complaint was the bedding (quilts) were not clean, and I felt all the towels etc were fairly old sand could use some updating. I’m a stickler for cleanliness so I felt the cleaning could have been better. That said, the furniture was beautiful and all VERY a comfortable!

Orange beach

If the parking was better it would have been wonderful vacation. Everyday we had to struggle to find a parking spot. There were cars that didn’t have parking permit and they were taking the spot for us that paid for the parking. It was terrible.

Amazing Room!!!

The room is updated, very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for couples and kids. Large balcony. The host was great and the room has keyless entry.

Everything you need & more

Loved staying at Phoenix VI 503. This condo had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The beds were also very comfortable too but the greatest asset to us was the full size washer & dryer. With such a large group & limited beach towels we used them constantly. We always stay at Phoenix properties and have stayed at Phoenix VI before but this has been the best so far. If given the opportunity we would most definitely stay here again.

Wish we had more time!

This was ideal for grandchildren, an aunt and a mom! The beach and outdoor area were perfect. Very friendly area. The only complaint-bring garbage bags if you need more than one; and we could have used one more roll of t.p.!
