Summer Beach Village vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the week we spent in this condo! We had an amazing view of the dunes and enjoyed spending time on the patio watching the sunrise and seeing the turtles in the dunes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was amazing. It was one of the cleanest houses we've ever rented. We loved having two sets of washer and dryers. The bathrooms were immaculate and beautifully updated. Of course the views were incredible. We also loved the storm doors to blackout the rooms for the kids bedrooms. Communication was very good between us and you all. We appreciate you all being flexible with the bayquip crib delivery. Areas of improvement: - it would've been nice to have shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathrooms, as well as more cooking items like spices and oils. -the trash bags supplied need an upgrade - higher quality toilet paper would be much appreciated. -dish towels and a sponge go a long way -boardwalk shower is broken/non existent . You may want to update your listing.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and appeared to be recently updated. There were 5 adults and 2 dogs in our group and we felt we had plenty of space. The resort is very dog friendly, has a nice (and close) beach access, and the pool was clean with plenty of shade. Not too far from downtown which is a plus. The host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. We hope to return again soon!

We've stayed in this unit before and it is definitely our favorite! We love the privacy of the two king suites and the unit is always clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for our use (although the toaster doesn't work well : ), and the view is great! We love staying there.

The property was spacious and well appointed. It was light and bright and pleasant. The community it's in is well groomed and quiet. The pool is clean and was uncrowded while we were there. Everyone was comfortable and we had a nice vacation in spite of the nearby hurricane Debbie and all the rain. Property management was in touch during that time and gave us a cell number to contact in the event that local power went out. Great stay, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable. Furnishings were all updated and well-cared for. Condo was very, very clean. Location was fabulous- steps from the ocean with an unbelievable view from the living room or balcony. It was perfect for an unobstructed view of the sunrise each morning. Everything was top-notch. We would rent this spot again and recommend it to others.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and comfortable. They do not provide any toiletries except hand soap so remember to bring your own. Overall it was perfect for us.

Great location. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. Hopefully we get to return for our family vacation.
