On the bay, 2119 Harbor Ave, FIRST FLOOR, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful view over the 21st street bridge. Comfortable, fun and sleeps 8. Large dock over the water, outdoor shower and grill. One block to popular restaurants, shopping, and the center of town. Master bedroom has 1 queen & 1 full bed with full bathroom. Large 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. Living room has a pullout sleeper sofa. Television in Kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Central Air! Street parking. Short walk to beach. This is a perfect location for a girls/guys weekend, family vacation or in town for a special event! We do not supply sheets /linens/towels. The beds have pillows and comforters provided. Linens and towels can be provided if requested for additional cost.

Minimum 5 night stay from June 1st to Sept 8th.
Quiet time after 10 PM.

The house was very close to everything and the deck was beautiful. We thought it was weird that to come in the house you enter through a bedroom. The front room(bedroom) smelled a bit musty but the rest of the house did not. Overall our experience was fun. We had a great time. The hosts also gad coffee ready to go for us. That was very nice.

Family spring break getaway

Place was great. Only complaint was that there was heavy construction happening next door. We can’t blame the property owner that the neighbor was having their dock and bulkhead replaced. It was very unfortunate, we couldn’t relax on the back deck with a barge and crane running 15 feet away. That being said, the location to downtown Avalon was great. We would absolutely stay here again, as long as construction next door has finished.
