Welcome to your vacation destination!! Enjoy "Fun IN THE SUN" here in Kissimmee Florida. Located in a gated community this Villa in Runaway Beach Club Resort and is in the center of it all including a 2.5 mile proximity to Disney World, a short trip to Universal Studios, or Sea World. Or just relax here at the pools and take in all Kissimmee has to offer on its own. Enjoy this 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen, washer and dryer and patio where you can ease into your morning over a cup of coffee and start your day!!

We have partnered with Calypso Cay that's right across the street from our Club House. Besides having our own adult pool, zero entry with water works child pool and hot tub you have these extra amenities: Free at Calypso Cay

Close to everything but quiet

Amazing how quiet it was but so close to everything. Nice after a long day at Disney to only have a short drive home.

Our home away from home!

Easy process, great communication, all our requirements were met in the most friendly and professional way. Very easy to get around. In a few blocks you can find all you need. Can’t wait to be back!

Why they chose this property

I started buying the Villas at Runaway Beach as I wanted to make sure my family would always have a place to stay when they planned a trip to Disney. We are great fans of Disney but they have gotten too expensive to stay on their property. I've been also purchasing other Villas at the resort so as of today I have 4.

What makes this property unique

Over the years the Resort has been popular as guests find the value of a stay well worth it. This helps them to have more money to spend on their vacation.
