Hello, Thanks for looking at our unit. We are individual owners from Colorado and are happy to share our 3 bdrm townhome in beautiful Moab Utah. Near the bottom, you will find things we enjoy doing when we are in Moab.
Looking for more than 1 unit? We own another one 2 doors over, inquire if available for your dates as well.
Built in Feb. 2008, this is a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom that has a King in the Master bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2-car garage that is ~1500 square feet. Beautifully decorated and offering all the comforts to make your vacation in Moab relaxing & memorable.
Located in picturesque Spanish Valley, just minutes south of Moab. Conveniently located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, golf, incredible mountain biking and much much more.
After enjoying all that Moab has to offer, relax at Rim Village Vistas Townhomes, one of Moab's newest developments. Enjoy grilling out on the BBQ at night, taking a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub in the evening or if you still have some energy, playing tennis or basketball just ~100 yards away. Townhome located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so perfectly safe for wandering kids.
Prefer primary renter is 25 years of age or older. If not, deposit required if reservation accepted.
Rim Village Vistas Hot Tub & Pool times Hot tub opens for season on Friday. Feb. 14th Pools open for season Friday March 27th,
2026 HOT TUB REMOVAL/CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE **Hot Tub Constuction. Summer 2026 POOLS WILL BE CLOSED June 7-16th, 2026 due to current hot tub being taken out. Hot tub will be unavailable from June 7-Friday prior to Labor Day. From June 7-16th, old hot tub removed and fencing will be put up around where our new hot tub will be put in. construction on new hot tub lasting 8-12 weeks but pool will be open (as we have been told) starting June 17th after the initial hot tub tear out and fencing being put up.
Labor Day- hot tub should be completed and return to normal hours along with pool.
Other things you might enjoy while in Moab. Drive to Potash- this drive located just before the entrance to Arches National Park follows the Colorado River for ~10 miles and is incredibly picturesque.
Corona Arch- ~7 miles down the road to Potash on your right. Moderate hike (~2.5 miles RT).
Dead Horse Point State Park- in our opinion, some of the most jaw-dropping views in the area.
Fiery Furnace- Ranger led hike thru the Fiery Furnace in Arches NP. ~$10/pp and you do have to book in advance.
Float Trip on the Colorado River- you can enjoy some incredible scenery on a great canoe float trip (great for almost all ages). You can do a day trip or multi-day trip. Google (Tex's Riverways) to find out more about float trips on the Colorado or Green River.
Hikes: Hidden Valley Hike, Grandstaff Canyon, Fischer Towers, Delicate Arch, Double O, Mesa Arch (awesome place if you have an avid photographer in your group), Scott Matheson wetlands preserve and if it gets hot, head up into the La Sal mountains for some hikes and cooler weather or check out Mill Creek Hike.
Small kids? Check out Rotary Park in Moab. Grab a shake from nearby Milts and head to the park to let the kids play. Good times.
Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway. Willing to discount price for longer stays and will entertain month+ stays. Looking to rent to guests looking to enjoy all that Moab has to offer and will treat our place as if it was theirs. Please respect our wish for a NO Smoking NO Pet unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, comfy place, lots of useful "extras" in the kitchen! Only rec is pool towels and hooks in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
This was a perfect home away from home for Christmas! Plenty of space yet cozy with amazing views! The location is unbeatable. Outside of town but convenient to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was fantastic to work with. I would definitely rent this unit again!!
Matt & Heidi's place was a perfect home base for our family during a cross-country road trip! Their place was spacious and spotless, and they had great tips for things to do beyond the national parks. We woudl definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
Condo was VERY clean; owner gave excellent directions & instructions. Had all the amenities you'd need. It was definitely more reasonable than the area motels and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also great to be right next to the pool. The drive to the parks was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.
This home was perfect for our family of 5. We regret only having a two night stay. The pool was busy but plenty of fun! The location is perfect with a short drive to Arches NP and into downtown Moab. We would definitely stay again!
Perfect place for us! Right outside of town, so pretty quiet with plenty of parking! Lots of room and very clean! We had a blast and will definitely be back!

The condo fit our needs very well, a place to lay your head and rest each evening. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, played a little basketball, it was nice having a big garage as well. Plenty of space and we really appreciated a good strong shower after long days out.
This property is great for a longer-term rental in Moab. There is plenty of space and the location is terrific for time in Arches or Canyonlands National Parks, and Moab is extremely accessible from this location. My wife & I cooked almost every meal, with the kitchen being well supplied and the gas grill being perfect. Matt was great to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely consider renting this property again!
Four of us came up to Moab for four nights to do some off roading. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, great garage space and comfortable. Would rent again.

This was a great location and centrally located to the two National Parks and other locations we wanted to visit at the start of our vacation in Utah. The property was well-maintained, clean, and had ample room for our family of 6 to spread out. We also appreciated the extra pillows and fans that were available in the property. There was a pool and basketball courts right next to the property, too; however, we didn't get a chance to use them. The owner's were very communicative. We also especially appreciated the binder the owners provided that shared information on things to do and places to eat in the area. We took the owner's advice and stopped at Milt's for one meal, and it was a huge hit with the whole family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
My husband, kids, and I really enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out process was really easy. Plenty of space to spread out in and comfortable beds. Matt was easy to work with and let us check in early too. There was a power outage while we were there and he great job reaching out to make sure we were okay. Also the kitchen is well supplied, including even a blender and muffin tin. The closest I can come to complaining is that more spoons would be nice, and having a box of tissues available to renters would really up the sense of hominess.

Hello, we are Heidi & Matt Eilers. We LOVE to travel with some recent trips being to Africa (to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on safari), Egypt and New Zealand to see Matt's parents who were until just recently, living on the South Island of New Zealand. We live in Summit County, Colorado and on March 31st, 2009, welcomed our firstborn, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, into the world. Recently, we have become even more busy and returning to the days of no sleep as we welcomed Evan Landon Eilers into our family in late Oct. 2011.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely LOVE Moab, Utah. With the national parks, mountain biking, beautiful weather... we just cannot get enough of this area. We enjoy the beautiful desert scenary and the amazing beauty of the red rocks in the area. Everytime we go down to Moab, we find a wonderful new place whether it is Mill Creek (our new favorite outdoor water hole to cool off in the summer) or a random trail where we find pictographs or even dinosaur tracks... Moab is just an amazing place.
What makes this property unique
Our 3 bdrm. townhome is in Spanish Valley which is 5 miles south of Moab. From the master bdrm. balcony, we have great views of the La Sal mountain range. We also enjoy the amenities that our complex offers (tennis court, pool, hot tub) and we especially enjoy visiting as Matt's parents now live on-site. We believe this will be an added benefit to our guests as if a situation arises, Paul & Kathy, live just around the corner and can help in whatever situation came up. The area is very kid friendly (small playground next to the tennis courts, in a cul-de-sac so you do not have to worry about cars driving fast) and the location allows quick access to town when you want to go in to enjoy all that Moab has to offer but also allows for some R&R when you want to be away from the action of downtown Moab.
