We chose Cozumel because, it’s family oriented and the locals are so inviting. Another great aspect of the island is, when the cruise ships depart to go to a different destination, we are once again enjoying the peacefulness and warmth of what Cozumel has to offer. Cozumel will have you coming back again and again discovering new adventures.
What makes this House unique
Here are some of the unique benefits to staying at Casa Cloud 9. 1. There’s pressured water throughout the house instead of just gravity feed. 2. It is located on a private street. 3. Two minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores. 4. There’s a refreshing cool water pool on the terrace. 5. Free internet. 6. Cable flat screen TV in every room. 7. Maid service. Just to name a few although, you have to experience Casa Cloud 9 for yourself to really get the feel for Cozumel and what we have to offer.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
