I grew up in Pompano Beach fell in love with the area. While living overseas we purchased this house mainly due to its incredible layout and amenities. We recently renovated the house to share it as a vacation rental. Pompano Beach is an excellent location to enjoy South Florida, you are in a perfect central spot with access to all South Florida has to offer while at the same time, not being in the middle of the local "rat race".

Why they chose this property
This house is a waterfront house with a dock and a heated private swimming pool. There is plenty of parking, as well as plenty of "open living" area, this layout makes for the perfect family vacation getaway. Or the "escape weekend" you have been looking for!
