Regarding the points you raised: the kitchen lighting issue was noted, the outdoor patio and pool area are prepared before each arrival, and all linens (including comforters) are professionally laundered between guests. We were disappointed to hear these standards were not reflected in your experience. When you contacted us about ending the stay early, we offered to address any concerns on-site. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated in the rental agreement accepted at booking, and we applied it while ensuring you only paid for the night used. This property has consistently received excellent reviews from previous guests.
