Welcome to our Apartment with sea view,

Located on the ground floor in the L’Agrianthe residence, you will find all the comforts : space, terrace, garden, parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, second bedroom with two single beds that you can bring together, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace and garden.

The apartment can greet 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children if needed.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.

This is a no smoking apartment.



Access



Apartment is ideally located on Villefranche-sur-mer in a private residence with parking.

The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The harbor and the Old Town are less than 500m away.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin train station which is 15 minutes away from the airport and stop at Villefranche-sur-mer. Apartment is 2km away from the train station. After that you can take a bus or taxi to reach the residence.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the private parking of the residence.

De tous les appartements que j’ai louĂ©s Ă  l’Agriante depuis 10 ans, c’était le pire !

Nous louons des appartements dans la rĂ©sidence de l’Agriante depuis 10 ans. Mais la ce fut la catastrophe. PremiĂšre surprise les transats prĂ©sents sur les photos Ă©taient cassĂ©s donc vous pouvez oublier les siestes en terrasse. Seconde surprise impossible de tirer le lit gigogne dont il manquait des lattes au sommier. Enfin le store de cette mĂȘme chambre ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir de plus de 10 cm. En pĂ©riode de canicule c’est super pratique ! DerniĂšre surprise le four ne fonctionnait pas. Si le personnel de l’agence de location s’est montrĂ© trĂšs disponible malheureusement il semble que le propriĂ©taire lui n’a pas souhaitĂ© engager les rĂ©parations. Je n’ai jamais exprimĂ© un avis aussi nĂ©gatif sur internet, mais lĂ  franchement la prestation n’était vraiment pas Ă  la hauteur au regard du coĂ»t de location. Pour moi c’est purement du vol !

Not bad , but nowhere did it say that the property was on a noisy and busy main road. The swimming pool was not close to the apartment as was led to believe. Well equipped, curtains in lounge disgusting and the terrace untidy. Owner’s equipment left in the corner.

Alles soweit in Ordnung

SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe funktionierte super mit sympathischen Mitarbeitern. Mietobjekt ist sehr schön gelegen und durch die Hecke merkt man kaum, dass eine Straße in der NĂ€he ist. Die Wohnung war gepflegt, der Außenbereich auch, nur der Wohnungseigene Garten nicht wirklich (alte Spagetti und kaputtes Glas in der Hecke und Glassplitter auf dem braunen Rasen). Da das aber sehr schnell zu beheben ist, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Propre. Vue sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer depuis la terrasse. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Seul bémol, l'évacuation de la VMC dans la petite chambre qui n'est pas bouchée et qui fait un bruit sourd que l'on entend surtout la nuit. Pas agréable du tout pour les personnes au sommeil léger.

Absolument parfait !

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© cette semaine dans ce logement et sommes absolument ravis ! La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs belle, calme et sĂ©curisĂ©e. L’appartement est spacieux (plus grand que nous ne l’imaginions), lumineux, trĂšs propre et fonctionnel. Les Ă©quipements sont de grande qualitĂ© (Ă©lectromĂ©nager, literie). La vue sur la mer est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© sensibles aux petits dĂ©tails : serviettes propres pliĂ©es sur les lits, kit de vaisselle neuf sur l’évier, savons Ă  l’huile d’olive dans la SDB. L’agence en charge de nous remettre les clĂ©s a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs professionnelle et efficace. Bref, une vraie belle surprise que nous relouerons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain sĂ©jour Ă  Nice :)
