This spacious home has 3 fully separate units. Each has its own entrance and no shared living space or access to the other units. Host/manager lives on site. Each unit has it's own designated outdoor space and outdoor furniture. Only the grill, laundry access, and driveway are shared. You are limited to one vehichle with designated parking on left side of driveway. Laundry room has a separate entrance and access is arranged upon request.
The home is 4 minutes from a grocery store, drug stores, gas stations and abundant food options. Approximately 20 minutes to WEC or HITS. 12 minutes to Silver Springs Park or to ziplining and horseback riding. About 90 minutes from either coast or Disney. Great location for exploring central Florida!

PLEASE NOTE: You are sharing a home, so sound transfer between units is possible. The master bedroom unit will get sound transfer from the washer dryer and sometimes from the main unit. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours 9am to 9pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Thermostat settings are controlled remotely. Generally the AC Let the host know if it needs to be adjusted.
PLEASE NOTE: Limit of one vehichle & must park on the left side of the driveway.
