Stunning 5,000 square foot 7 bedroom Beach front home! Sleeps 22

Gorgeous, beach-front vacation home located on beautiful Playa Miramar Beach. Our vacation home is 5,000 sq feet of total beach front fun! We have 7 bedrooms including three Master Bedrooms with King Size beds (ocean front) and 4 bedrooms (2 Queen and 2 bunk bed rooms), 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, large living room and spacious kitchen. We can comfortably accommodate 2-22 people! The beach front home is on what we believe to be the best beach in Rocky Point on Playa Miramar Beach, Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico. Manzanita 5A. We have one of the largest private dome’s in Rocky Point, custom designer paint, a Poker Table, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Life size Jenga, Corn Hole Board and Bags, Kayaks, fire pit with chairs and a beach volleyball court. We also have a large Swing Set facing the ocean and a large patio just steps from the Sea of Cortez. If you need a break from the sun, our home has Wi-Fi, two TV’s set up for NetFlix and is just minutes from the Mayan Palace. You and your guests will have an amazing and very comfortable vacation! Recent Review: Beautiful, great location for our family vacation weekend at the beach! Very family oriented for those vacationing with families. The house exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious and includes so much to do along with the ocean /beach including ping pong, billiard table, darts, poker table, life-size Jenga, kayaks, cornhole, volleyball net…… Everyone had a blast! Also the wooden swings were so fun! Great photo op too with the gorgeous ocean in the background! The balcony view was a full frontal view of the beach…. we all loved this. The best part is that it's right on the private beach, not super crowded at all! It almost felt like it was ALL ours! Our whole family enjoyed their time at this beach house!

Great place for ourFamily reunion. Loved the volleyball, corn hole janga and other provided games. And beach fire pit too! Awesome beach, clean and good for long walks. Weather was cold, some rooms the heat didn’t work. We doubled up in the rooms with heat.

Awesome Birthday Weekene

Very big and beautiful property! Had many family members and friends show up and the house never felt too small. So much space in the house and out with so much to do with all the toys and games, pool table and volleyball court they have! Lets not forget, the beach is the back yard! Great communication from the Bennets! We really do recommend this place if you dont mind staying a little away from town.

The first of many family vacations to come

Thank you to the wonderful family who gave my family the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful family vacation! This home was absolutely everything you want and need in a big family reunion. The process and communication was elite! Highly recommended! My family already wants me to book for every summer. Pictures do no do this home justice on how beautiful, spacious and accommodating it is. All family members traveled from all over California and the fact that the kitchen and rooms where full stocked made traveling so much easier for us. The beachfront experience was a huge win for us as we had kiddos who literally just woke up and headed straight to the water. As parents we did not have to worry, simply keep a close eye. This vacation home was an absolute 10/10 experience!!!!

Fantastic House!

We absolutely loved this house! We had 14 people in our group and never once did it feel crowded. The location had a perfect mix of Sandy beaches to play in and reef to explore when the tide went out. I highly recommend this place and there is no doubt we will for sure be staying here again!

Family New Year!!

I want start saying that the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the house is ! The high ceilings, the living and game room! Not to mention the great porch and of course the views! Communication with Doug was excellent he was very responsive at all times. Mother Nature decided to joined us during our staying making the trip more adventurous. I will definitely recommend Doug’s house for your family’s get together!

Great place!

The house is gorgeous! Very clean and well put together. We couldn’t have asked for a better house on the beach. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of toys for the kids and kayaks for the teenagers and adults. The house if at enough out of town to be very private but close enough to check out the local attractions.

Beautiful home perfect for a large group. We had some issues with 3 bedroom a/c's not cooling properly. Property owner was comunicative but service person wasn't available till the day before our departure of our 3 night stay.

Why they chose this property

I custom designed and had this house built for my family. It was never attended to be a rental, but as the kids have gotten older we decided to start renting out when we are not using it. This house has everything you need especially if you have kids. Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Life Size Jinga, Corn hole, Beach Volley Ball, Card Tables, Kayaks and is on the best beach in Rocky Point Playa Miramar. Very Sandy, tons of shells and tide does not go out far and best part since only private homes the beach is never busy even on holiday weekends
