Stunning ocean front 4 Bdrm/ 3 Bath home! This is no rustic beach house, we have city electric service and central A/C and heat with 3 units. You will be comfortable. Dog friendly with extra fee- All pets MUST be pre-approved and pet fees will apply. Single level home- no steps!
Enjoy your stay at this fabulous Casa Roja Beach House! It includes 4 bedrooms (3 King bdrms and 1 Triple bunk room) and 3 full bathrooms and full basic amentities provided.
Oceanfront- this is the beach with the best shells and sand dollars!

⚠ PET DETAILS: We provide pet-friendly accommodations for dogs. There is pet fee of $40 per dog per day with minimum $150 per dog. ** Contact me to pre-approve your pet**

⚠ RENTER DETAILS: Minimum primary renter age is 30. $400 additional refundable deposit will be required.

The owners couldn't be nicer or more gracious. The property is as described. Our family had an epic adventure of fishing, boogie boarding, shell collecting, game night around the large fining room table and cooking together in the large kitchen. It was perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed four nights at Casa Roja with our three kiddos, my brother in law, his wife and their three kids and it was awesome! Arlene made the entire process from reservation to check out super easy. She is very responsive and answered all of my questions! The home is very well stocked and was extremely clean. We were grateful there was a broom for sweeping up sand the kids tracked in and plenty of towels for showers! The beach and the views were the cherry on top at Casa Roja. We all highly recommend this rental!

Staying here is like renting a slice of heaven!

I can't gush enough about Casa Roja! We have travelled to Rocky Point numerous times, our family lives in PHX and Flag, and have stayed all over town. This place blows every other rental away! First, booking was so easy! Ar responds so quickly you think she is reading your mind. She arranged for every detail and even provided us resources for massages, dinner recommendations, and anything our hearts desired. Thank you! The property itself is perfection! We've stayed lots of places in RP, this was by far the cleanest. It was sparkling! We brought our dog with us too and he loved the beach fun and we appreciated the fenced back yard too! Great space for three couples, no one felt crowded. And the bunk house is fabulous for kids, they loved having their own space! You can tell that Ar makes sure every detail is attended to and that the property was built and maintained with lots of care. Onto the beach! It feels private! The porch is set back from the beach enough that you have privacy while also keeping the breathtaking views. The beach finds will blow your mind, I've never seen larger or more diverse shells. We were lucky enough to see dolphins on our visit too, it was like a private Sea World show! I won't book anywhere else, this place is heavenly!

Great location!

House was great! A little farther down the coast from town, but great if you want the privacy! Fully stocked kitchen, beach front, and host was great!

Great beach house with lots of privacy

Great property and well maintained. The only thing is it is far from town. However if you bring your stuff and want privacy it is amazing! Would recommend to others.

Great Family getaway

Loved the property right on the beach. I was able to sit and watch my kids play on the beach from the back of the property. The property was so big and spacious loved that it had AC . We enjoyed everything and loved our stay.

Quiet Beach Front Stay

We had a wonderful time in this quiet beach front home which is far (about 30 minutes) from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Penasco. I went with my husband, two children and another family of four in March. We were there mid week and had the beach to ourselves almost the entire time! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. There are no beach toys or water craft provided, so make sure to bring your own. I would also suggest communicating with the property manager about whether there will be drinking water provided.

Gorgeous Get-Away

Eight of us stayed for five days in this home on the beach. The pictures are totally accurate. It is a lovely, clean home with all the amenities - open and spacious - we never felt crowded. Arlene, the host was wonderful - very helpful and responsive to our questions. The beach was practically empty - an occasional walker. We took our dogs (3) - the house is dog friendly. We definitely hope to return.
