Large Italian tile graces the floors of this immaculate, modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath completely renovated beach side location.
Natural sunlight and quartz counter tops span the bright white kitchen which is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Quality kitchen essentials include pots, pans, baking dish/tray, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, serving trays, toaster, food storage and more. Keurig Coffee machine and Drip Coffee machine with filters are provided.
The leather, love seat recliner and over sized chairs in the living area are a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. The 55" wall mounted Smart TV has live streaming options (YOU TUBE TV and Samsung TV Plus) as well as apps like Netflix, Hulu and You Tube Tv which can be accessed with your login/password.
Each of the private bedrooms has a queen size bed with quality mattresses, cotton bed linens and new furnishings, as well as a Smart Samsung 40" flat screen TV and pull down desk. There is plenty of closet space, hangers and a luggage rack. Towels are provided for each bathroom and Seaside Escape also has a full size washer and dryer in the home. Beach towels are provided and as an added perk, you'll have use of the Oceanside Beach Card which eliminates the need to carry chairs to the beach. The card includes daily use of a shade umbrella or half cabana with 2 chairs and a small table. We also have 2 small beach chairs in for your use.

Good to know....We are in the "Freebee" zone. Check them out online, free golf cart rides (tips only) with on call, door to door service!

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, credit card for security deposit authorization and short term agreement with e-signature within 48 hours of booking, and for access to the property.

2. Direct Bookings, no cc processing fee IF payment is made via check, wire or ACH payment When booking via Vrbo, the "host fee" you will see in your charges lists an "admin fee", this is the cc processing fee.

3. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require adequate prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**

4. Violations of the Short-Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.

5. Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

While we love our fur babies and yours, our HOA does not permit our Guests to have pets.

Service animals require proof of vaccination, check up w/in the last 30 days and letter from licensed medical or mental health provider.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.

Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.

A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.

Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
