5 minute's drive to Nanny Cay Beach Resort and Marina, this property is located at 350' with the most amazing 180 degree view of the famous Sir Francis Drake Channel (with no less than 13 islands to look out over!) Our home is a very open plan, airy design with 70' of covered deck with a light and colorful "coastal living" style decor and ambiance throughout.

Our guests have said time and time again we wish we didn't have to leave.

Our cleaning crew have a bed sheet rotation system, so please leave all sheets & pillow cases on the beds. All we ask is that you place all dirty towels in the provided laundry basket.

Re: Check out -Please load the dishwasher but do not start During your stay there are green dumpsters along the BVI road system to discard your accumulation of trash.

Re: check out, we know its not nice to travel with your final trash bag & next to your suitcases, so feel free to leave those for us, we are happy to discard your last load.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We welcome you to use the Jacuzzi during your stay, however we request that you please shower before use each time, using shampoo provided.

Electric is expensive, we request that you only use the Air Con for sleeping purposes and ALL "bedroom doors ∓windows to remain closed during usage.

As rain is our ONLY source of water for our cisterns , we ask that you be conservative as possible with water usage. Please don't continuously run tap
