Cozy, updated home with 2 Kings & Foosball, near Domain, Q2, Downtown Austin

Our Texas-inspired, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in North Central Austin is perfect for anyone visiting or working in Austin, or its surrounding areas. The California King bed in the huge Owner's suite, plus the other 2 Twin XL beds have firm mattresses for a great night's sleep away from home. The King bed in the first bedroom has a semi-firm mattress.

We apologize but no animals or visiting animals allowed.

The vaulted living room is equipped with a 65” Samsung 4k Smart TV and a 50” 4k Smart TV in the owner's suite. All TVs have apps for logging in and WIFI. The living room stereo is Bluetooth capable, so you can play music from your devices. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom also has a sitting area with a desk + chair. Room-darkening curtains throughout the home allow you to sleep late and add privacy.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups and kitchen towels. For your convenience, small appliances are also available: toaster, blender, stand mixer, electric water kettle and waffle maker. A Keurig (with complimentary K-cups), drip coffee maker & French press are available for coffee lovers. The cabinets are stocked with condiments such as sugar, salt + pepper, olive oil and spices. There are two local HEB grocery stores under 8 minutes from the house, plus a Whole Foods Market.

No animals or visiting animals allowed.

For children, a pack-n-play, highchair/booster seat and toddler bed are there for your use. Feel free to walk/jog, on the neighborhood's sidewalks, or even take your child around with the stroller kept in the walk-in closet. The outdoor deck features a grill and Adirondack style chairs for enjoying the tree covered back yard.

Towels and bed linens are provided during your stay. The laundry room features a high efficiency washing machine (with detergent) and clothes dryer.

For everyone's safety, we have self check-in with an electronic lock. A unique door code is active at check-in and Expires at checkout time. Registered guests only. Day/Visiting guests are not allowed per the City of Austin, 2019038264.

Very nice house with quality upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and the kids especially loved the game room. The master bed was a little hard for me, but I like a bed on the softer side. The rest of the family said their beds were comfy. The house in general has a very comfortable feel and is conveniently located. We would stay again.

This was perfect for a relaxing stay in Austin! Very close to The Domain and other places in North-Central Austin. The house is in a quiet and convenient neighborhood while being very clean and welcoming. It has all the amenities you could need with some very nice, recent renovations. Perfect kitchen for cooking some meals at home and plenty of great space in the bedrooms. The furniture is new and comfortable with a big tv for staying entertained after a day out exploring Austin! Would absolutely book again! Thanks so much for wonderful stay.

Christmas at Grandma's house

I'm the Grandma. My daughter and her family live just a mile or so away from this immaculate little home with a small, private yard, and all the comforts of home. Dana even set up a Christmas tree for us. I stayed for two weeks with little excursions about town with the family. It was most awesome. Highly Recommended.

When looking at this house, the pictures and info was just what we needed but would it actually be as advertised. It was even better. The kitchen was well equipped, organized, nice, and clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms great for travelers. There were many extras provided by the host that made us feel even more welcomed! And the host....awesome and fast communication! A great place!

An amazing stay!!

We visited this property to go to a Austin FC football game. The property is very convenient to the stadium and is in a good neighborhood. The property owner did some nice touches to make us feel welcome including the nice sign over the mantle and the bowl of treats. The home was also very clean and had the amenities that you’d expect from a hotel (iron, hairy dryers, etc). Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Nice, cozy, and clean in Domain area

Dana the owner is flexible and attentive to details. She thought through everything that one would need while traveling. The house is clean, cozy and well stocked. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking ware one would need. The garage is full with games for family and friends. My kids called it “the big kids toy room”. The only thing that we didn’t like is the A/C didn’t cool the home evenly. The master bedroom can get hot during the day and evenings. We opted to turn down the AC and leave the door open to cool off the master. The other two bedrooms are much cooler and were not an issue. Overall, it was a great experience!

Thank you for the wonderful review. I know Ngoc enjoyed my comfortable and convenient home. I would have preferred to know about the room cooling immediately and given a chance to remedy the issue. Upon further investigation, I found the ceiling vent in the main bedroom closed. The ceiling vents in my home are adjustable and it looks like a previous guest adjusted the vent to their liking. Feel free to use the step stool to adjust the cooling to your comfort. Thank you for your booking and safe travels.
