Peach PenthouseはCoral House Triplexの最上階全体をカバーしています。ビーチから3番目の家です。 広い白い砂浜まで1ブロック未満。 大きな快適なバルコニー（8フィートx 25フィート）で海風と日の出を楽しみ、通過する船やエビのボートを垣間見ることができます。 大きなベッドルームにはフルサイズのベッドが2つあります。 リビングルームには2つの一致するソファがあり、そのうちの1つはクイーンソファスリーパーです。 高い大聖堂の天井、たくさんの光、そして温かみのある色調は、開放的で風通しの良い、歓迎的な雰囲気を提供します。

コーラルハウスの4ブロック内には、5つのレストラン、3つの衣料品店、パッケージ店、2つのコンビニエンスストア、ATM、郵便局があります。

ピーチペントハウスは、サウスビーチ（桟橋とショッピングの本拠地）とノースビーチ（雄大なタイビー灯台とかつてのフォート Screven、現在は博物館）。

I had a comfortable stay. Everything was in good condition and the decor was pleasant. The porch is really nice and I appreciated the parking space at the foot of the stairs.

Really nice spot! Close to many delicious restaurants, right across the street from the ice cream and candy shop, and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. We will likely be back to Tybee, and if we do come back, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Pictures are true to the condo. This is our second time staying there. Never have any issues, great communication, no check-in required. Close to beach access, restraunts and the Sugar Shack! Would recommend.

Excellent beach week

I can only hope The Coral House is available for our next visit to Tybee Island. Location, amenities, beds, cleanliness, communication were all excellent and made our stay outstanding!! A great location for beach access as well as walking the dog.

Great place and great area!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral House!!! It is in a great location, just a short walk tot he beach access and across the street from the ice cream parlor which the teens loved! The house was clean and well taken care of. We loved making use of the porch and the beach accessories provided!! Would definitely recommend!

Beach Bum Vacation

Stayed at this property before but the top floor has a beautiful balcony with a beach view. Probably will rent the top floor again. It was perfect for a family of 4. Had a great time!

Great place!

The cottage was great and had everything we needed. Loved that it had a porch. Proximity to the beach was awesome - just a couple minute walk to a really nice uncrowded (may be due to the time of year) beach. It is on the corner of the main road (80) through the island but it provided easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Great place… Wrong weekend

We did not know that it was a festival weekend and there were WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE HERE. We couldn’t even enjoy the beach but one day. However, our place was so cute and just perfect for my daughter and I. We want to come back just not over Easter!

Weekend Get Away

We booked this as a get away with our adult daughter. My husband has been going through bone cancer and we needed some family time. the location was excellent, was quite and a great set up. they had everything we could need for the beach. the beds were incredibly comfortable. Can't find anything negative to say. We are already planning a trip for the fall to go back.

Ideal for walking the island

Ideal for walking to pier, lighthouse, and restaurants. No road noise and quiet neighbors during our January visit a bonus. Would reserve again.

Location is perfect!

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the location of this property. You can walk to anything you need, and the beach is just steps away. The porch was amazing! Ted was very easy to get in touch with if anything is needed. Very cute place! Comfortable beds too!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time. We were at the top part of the condo and it was just breathtaking! We got there late but honestly it was wonderful! Anytime I messaged Ted was extremely quick to respond and we had no trouble with communication at all! It was very very clean and the location was perfect! Pretty easy to find and about 15 minutes away from everywhere we went. It was so beautiful and so calming and the beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely love to come back! For it being my first time it was definitely for everything! I love it! The only issue we had was the neighbors under us parked their cars in our spot and in their own spot so we had to park on the street.

One of the nicest places we have stayed

This upstairs unit was clean, well-furnished and close to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and tihs was one of the nicest. The owners even provided coffee and filters! 16 steps from the ground to the unit Parking for one car Across the street from ice cream shop
