¡Relájate en Coconut Bay!

Ya sea que haya venido para relajarse, tomar el sol o disfrutar de un buceo espectacular, ¡nuestra casa en la isla es para usted! Es una casa unifamiliar recientemente renovada y espaciosa ubicada en 3 plantas en un pequeño complejo con dos piscinas, una playa, una estación de buceo, una escalera para acceder al océano y algunos de los mejores sitios de buceo en la isla. Ideal para familias, cerca de las playas y tiendas, ¿qué más se puede necesitar?

La casa: el primer piso está decorado de forma luminosa y abierta, con una cocina moderna, área para comer, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y un patio que se abre a una de las 2 piscinas en Coconut Bay. Esto es perfecto para relajarse o asar la cena en la barbacoa. El segundo piso tiene un moderno baño familiar, lavadora y secadora, 2 amplios dormitorios, uno con cama queen size y baño en suite, el otro tiene 2 camas individuales. En el segundo piso hay un gran loft con una cama queen size, cama de día, área de estudio con vista a la piscina. Un baño en suite y un enorme vestidor.

Afuera: Coconut Bay es un pequeño complejo de casas adosadas y apartamentos con un ambiente tropical, 2 piscinas climatizadas y un jacuzzi. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados y conducen a una playa artificial y al océano. Hay una operación de buceo (Stingray Water Sports) en el sitio con una estación de buceo que tiene tanques y pesas disponibles y el equipo se puede alquilar a precios razonables. Stingray Water Sports ofrece un 10% de descuento a los residentes de Coconut Bay.

Cerca: Coconut Bay se encuentra a la vuelta de la esquina de la granja de tortugas, es fácil llegar en automóvil o en taxi a las tiendas locales (incluida la tienda de comestibles) y está a 2 minutos a pie del restaurante Cracked Conch y el bar y asador Macabuca donde puedes siéntate, come, bebe y mira la puesta de sol. ¡A solo 10 minutos en coche de Seven Mile Beach o Camana Bay!

Wonderful host; Dave was very responsive to questions and offered lots of suggestions to enhance our stay. The condo was really spacious and comfortable for our family of 5; it was clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved being able to dive and snorkel right off the property’s beach. We had a great stay at this property. The pool just peanut the patio door was very nice. Very quiet location. The diving right off the property was very nice and there were several other shore diving locations minutes away. Property was clean and as advertised. We had a great time and will return.

This was our 5th time stay at Coconut Bay and we love it here due to location and convenient shore diving. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and in excellent condition and the grounds are well-maintained. Enjoyed some great dives off CBC at Hepp's Pipeline and at nearby Macabuca - Turtle Reef, and Lighthouse Point. Good restaurants nearby at Macabuca and Vivo.

Very Comfortable Place to Vacation

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. We were able to dive right off the shore. The complex was beautifully landscaped and had a lovely pool. It was in an area of the island that had plenty to do but not the busyness of 7 mile beach. The condo was spacious and well equipped and beautifully decorated. We would definitely return!

Family friendly location

Very clean and well-appointed property. Convenient location near great restaurant, turtle/dolphin sanctuary, and close to grocery store. Pool and grounds were very nice and diving access is unparalleled.

Wonderful location

The property was very easy to find, clean and beuatiful. A comfortable relaxing stay. We traveled around the island to see thing but the return back was always welcoming. so easy to relax there.

Great Family Vacation

A perfect spot for our family of five. The location and property was amazing and was just what we were looking for. Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Macabuca is a short walk and was our favorite restaurant. Duncan was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great Dive Rental

Well maintained property with excellent location for shore diving. My dive buddies loved this VRBO. We have previously rented in Cozumel, Roatan & Utila. This was the best we have found.

Dive Trip

Property was amazing, very spacious and has everything you need. The grounds around the property are very very well maintained and relaxing environment. We meet several of the local residents and they were all very friendly. Enjoyed watching the sunsets and hanging out with them every night. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Another wonderful stay

My family and I rented this condo for the second year in a row because we enjoyed our stay last year so much. The grounds are beautiful with two pools and access to the ocean and a small beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and was as described. The house was clean, the laundry worked great and the kitchen was well equiped. We will be back!

Good shore diving from the property

Spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. Walking distance to a pretty good Tiki bar restaurant. Excellent miniwall shore diving right off the property with air and a rinse tank available on site. Not much else in the neighborhood, so need to rent a car to drive to other restaurants.

Wonderful family location

Best first trip to caymens. The condo was perfect for a family of 6 including a 3 and 5 year old. Loved the area quiet and close to 7 mile beaches and turtle farm. Cracked conch restaurant was amazing. Diving right outside your door. Loved it. Property manager Duncan was there on site and helped with any questions

We were there as a family trip to celebrate the passing of a great man. The condo worked just fabulous for our needs. Having the pool and being close to the ocean was great. It’s best to have a vehicle from this location . Close to the turtle farm . I would highly recommend this unit. 💗The owners were easy to deal with and accommodating.

Property is as described. Great location for divers. Close to beach but you do need a car. Many more restaurants in the West Bay Area than last time we were here (2017), and of course Macabuca and Cracked Conch next door are awesome. Mattress in master could be updated.

Perfect spot

This place couldn’t have been better. West Bay is a great place to be, easy to get around Cayman with a car so that’s not a problem. Dave’s place was clean, and updated compared to the other units our family rented. Having the pool right there to be in and use is the best thing ever. Small man made beach at end of road also perfect for playing in and watching sunsets. Not an easy road to walk in West Bay so a car is needed, but that shouldn’t deter you as this is very family friendly area and the neighbours were wonderful as well. All in all the perfect place we could have chosen and would come back in a heartbeat.

Comfortable stay on Coconut Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay #103. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean & it felt like home for a week. The property owners have anticipated every request from the beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. There were 4 of us, all male adults & the home was spacious. The onsite support person Duncan was easy accessible if there were any issues. We only had one small issue but was rectified promptly. This was our first time renting a property on VRBO & we were extremely happy that our first experience was a great one.

Great Diving!

We stayed at this property for 10 days in the summer of 2023. It was our second time staying at Coconut Bay, and I think we enjoyed this property more than the previous one we stayed at. The best thing about this property is the dive site. It is one of the best dives on the island. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that we only received a few trash bags and dishwasher tabs. It would have been nice to have a few more of those given the length of our stay. Other than that, it is definitely worth 5 stars.

Family Adventure

At first I wasn’t sure about the location in relation to 7 Mile Beach and the island attractions but as it turned out, with a car and a skilled driver, it didn’t matter. After traveling through other areas of the island, I would love to return back here with my family with adult kids. The home was walking distance to delicious restaurants; 2 scuba/snorkel dive spots walking distance; walk to Turtle Centre and an 8 minute drive to the grocery store! Also, 1 mile to Hell and 13 minutes to Pampered Ponies. The condo is beautiful and spacious. My regret is not taking advantage of everything it has to offer—beautiful pools, gazebo and patio and walk out to the sea. If time allows, I would definitely return to this home. Also, if you think the property pictures are great, wait till you see it in person! It’s a gem!

Having lived in Grand Cayman in the 90's we decided we wanted to be back! We used to live just down the road before Coconut Bay was built and always loved the area. This property is situated in a beautiful small complex where we have stayed a number of ties and was just what we were looking for.
