The Space:
This extraordinary three-bedroom, newly remodeled from top to bottom, two and a half bath condominium sleeps up to nine guests. This west side island hideaway includes a spacious two-car garage with a washer, dryer, and beach gear, plus a third parking space outside the unit for extra parking.

Walk to the world-famous Napili Bay Beach. It is so close! The sand there is soft, beautiful and year-round.

This clean, inviting vacation home is located just minutes away from Lahaina, in the cooler (temperature-wise) town of Napili. Although it is practically next door to the world-famous Napili Bay and the unit is tucked away in a quiet, secluded complex.

You'll pause for a joyful beat or two to take in the large, open living room with its beautiful new flooring. All that space somehow makes you feel free. The narrow, leaded, floor-to-ceiling windows usher in enough island sunlight to brighten up the room, while the new Hunter Douglas keeps your privacy intact. Your communication device rapidly connects to the condo's WiFi and you are good to go, or simply to be . . . as you wish.

All three bedrooms feature four essentials to maximize your comfort level: air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 55" smart flat-screen television, and blinds. The large master bedroom soothes in seconds with honey-colored flooring, white walls, and recessed lighting. Vaulted ceilings overarch the king-sized bed, while a mirrored closet and dark-tinted columnar windows hold court on either side.

Please note that the local sounds of West Maui include roosters. Our back bedrooms have double-pane glass, earplugs, and white-noise machines.

Firstly want to thank our host, Kevin, who checked up on us every step of the way to make sure we had the best experience possible.The house was exactly as advertised, well decorated, cozy, clean and spacious. It had everything we could need for a party of 6.The garage was filled with accessories for the beach like towels, chairs, toys, floaties and the like.The area was wonderful with many great food places, hikes, and the beach a short walk away with even more options with a short drive.

Fabulous place in Napili Bay

Directly across the street from the bay for good snorkeling spot. Eat at the Gazebo for an unforgettable breakfast of macadamia nut and banana pancakes. Open air dining right on the beach.

Fabulous stay in Napili

Our first time in Hawaii with our 19 year old twins. The booking process and communication was fantastic. Great property in a fab location near the beach and walkable to Sea House and Merrimans, both were really good.We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella and the BBQ was great! Thanks for a memorable stay. Andrew and family.

Our family had a great stay in Maui. Location is great being near Nāpili and kapalua. House was as advertised. Comfortable, good AC and had all the amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) to make it easy. Thanks Kevin for being so responsive!

Absolutely fantastic rental! So many little extras made our stay very easy and comfortable. We really appreciated the abundance of beach equipment, condiments, soaps/detergents, and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect for us: close to beaches, a grocery store, a top notch coffee shop, good restaurants, and a snorkel shop (although check the supply in the garage before renting). Kevin was super attentive. We will definitely be back!!!

Really nice property and location

The property is cozy and clean. Nice patio with grill available: Prompt communications from the PM. A lot of beach stuff readily available (chairs, toys etc) and walking distance to nearby beach. Short drive to food, shopping and everything. We really enjoyed the stay

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check in, convenient location to many beaches, close to markets, restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped however, the stove wasn’t great for cooking a big family dinner. We enjoyed the deck area and available beach equipment. Overall very nice.

Perfect family friendly getaway

We chose this listing for the child friendly amenities, adequate space for multiple adults, and the proximity to the beach. The property was a short walk to 2 peaceful beaches for swimming and snorkeling and came supplied with all your beach needs. The house itself was spotless and beds and furniture all comfortable. Our favorite place to be was the patio. This was the best place to stay for our group and we hope to be back!

Appreciated the amount of beach equipment available. That was great. The proximity to beaches was also perfect, especially with two toddlers in tow. Space was as advertised and as needed. No issues at all.

Family trip

We are a family of eight and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and just be together. The location to the beach was also great. The place is well-stocked with everything you’ll need, and we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable, and we didn't want to leave. When visiting Maui, we will stay here again!

Amazing stay

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location right across the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Beds were so comfortable which is a big deal to me. Beautiful deck. The garage was more than filled with everything you would need for the beach. Most of all the host Kevin was amazing. He catered to all of our needs. An awesome stay

We loved the place! There were two families that stayed at this place, each with a five year old kid and it did not feel small at all. Amazing beaches are within 5 to 10min walking distances and because you have on site parking you do not have to worry whether you'll have a parking spot ever during your beaching! There are so many beach ammenities that were useful even for five year old kids. The kitchen had everything necessary and while we didn't cook because we are on vacation I could see someone cooking a good without any issue. Sleeping rooms were nice and ACs were working great to deal with the warm/hot Hawaii days and nights. Overall this was an amazing place and we would definitely come back in the future if we are visiting Maui again!

A Perfect Family Getaway

We had the pleasure of spending Christmas vacation at this lovely property and could not be more pleased with our stay. As a multi-generational group (grandparents in their 70s, siblings in their 40s, teenage kids), the home was clean, modern, restful, and could not be more conveniently located across the street from Napili Bay. Kevin's timely and thoughtful communication was much appreciated, including the tips to shop at Costco near the airport for a large group! There are some shops closer to the property (in the Napili Plaza Shopping Center - Joey's is highly recommended, by the way!) we found reasonably priced if any sundries are needed. Our family is so grateful for the time together this property provided.

Great Location but…

Great location, and really nice property but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before us: the carpets were dirty and the floors weren’t mopped. Also most of the cookware was broken or burnt and scratched up Teflon which we didn’t want to us. Solid 4 stars.

This was a fantastic stay

We usually stay at a property that is right on the beach and has direct access to the sand. So my husband specifically was quite apprehensive about this townhouse, and he could not have been more wrong. This property was just absolutely wonderful and had everything you could ask for.- The walk to the beach is only three to four minutes and it's super easy to make with kids. The beach is the best accessible swimmable beach we have ever been to in Hawaii, and we have been to quite a few.- The property manager was extremely open, informative, and helpful in every way, even though we did not really need much.- The grocery store Napili Market is just a short drive down the street. There is absolutely no need to stop by Costco.I wholeheartedly recommend this property for your future stay.Just FYI: My husband and I stayed in a master king-size room, our nine-year-old stayed in the queen room, and my friend and her husband and their two-year-old stayed in the other king room. Everyone was very comfortable and happy.I'm hoping to be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aloha! Our family's stay at this vacation rental across from Napili Bay in west Maui was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, awesome communication, cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the condo. The location was perfect – just steps away from the beautiful Napili Bay, allowing us to easily enjoy the stunning sunsets, sand and surf in the afternoon and mornings by the ocean. The condo itself was not only immaculate but also incredibly convenient. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear for our adventures. Being close to everything made exploring west Maui a breeze, whether it was dining at local restaurants, shopping, or embarking on outdoor activities. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the rental where our family could relax and create lasting memories together. We are grateful for the wonderful time we had and highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Maui. Mahalo

We fell in love with Napili and Napili Bay when we first visited in 1972. We were a young married couple with not a lot of money but just liked the atmosphere and the laid back vibe of Napili. Fast forward 20 years and 3 kids later and we decided the time had come to buy a vacation home on Maui and we knew exactly where we wanted to be. Things in Napili had grown but it still retained that wonderful, local beach town feel.

Why they chose this property

We found Napili Gardens in the early 90's when it was just beginning and are the last of the original owners. Over the years since we have loved our home and it has been a wonderful place to bring the family. We love the easy access to the beach and all of the activities it offers as well as fishing off the point at Napili Kai.

What makes this property unique

While Napili has a small community feel, it still is in close proximity to lots of good food and shopping. Our favorite time of year to come is in the winter when the whales come to visit.
