We are pleased to announce that our home is open for bookings and encourage respectful Guests to resume traveling to West Maui. While Lahaina is rebuilding, we are open and welcoming to guests here in Npaili and Kapalua.

By booking our home, you are DIRECTLY helping multiple local families negatively affected by the 2023 August wildfires.

West Maui has many world-class beaches, excellent restaurants, and activities. I can give you a complete insider's guide; ask!

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Upon your arrival at the gated Residences at Napili Bay, you will be greeted with a convenient two-car garage complete with a washer and dryer. Parking in Napili is extremely limited, but not for you! You have space for two cars at all times (and even a 3rd in front of the garage if needed). The Residences at Napili Bay enjoy tropical breezes year-round due to its proximity to the world-famous Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay.

Napili Bay has been voted the top beach 13 years in a row by Conde Nast, and you will be just 100 steps away! Also, within walking distance are several outstanding restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your townhome is a 3-story, 3-bedroom, and 2.5-bathroom unit with central A/C and wood floors. This island rental sleeps up to 9 comfortably, including a sleeper sofa (and/or a queen-size deluxe auto-inflate airbed). A beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, family room, half bath, and spacious lanai with a deck take up the 1st floor of this peaceful unit.

The kitchen includes upgrades such as granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. These include a blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle. Also, there is no need to buy drinking water, as a filtration system is included in the kitchen sink.

The dining table has room for eight and can easily be extended for more elbow room. The family room has lots of room to hang out and relax with your friends and family, maybe play a game of Scrabble, UNO, or cards, or learn to play the ukulele (a professional Ukulele is included for your enjoyment) or just watch a movie or your favorite Netflix or amazon shows on the large flat screen smart TV.

The lanai has been newly finished with a deck, a covered pergola, very comfortable lounge chairs and tables, and 2 sun lounges to perfect your Hawaiian tan. Enjoy grilling out on the stainless-steel Weber for some of your meals on the lanai deck. This welcoming deck catches morning sunlight and enjoys afternoon shade. On the second floor of our townhome in The Residences at Napili Bay, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The master bathroom has an all-glass enclosure steam shower with room for two, accompanied by 2 deluxe shower heads (rain head and height-adjusted shower head), and a separate deep soaking tub. With the push of a button, you get instant steam with temperature and time controls at your fingertips. The guest bath has a spacious walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feel very inviting and modern. A flat-screen smart TV is included in all three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The master suite has a California King bed with 2 spacious closets, and the two guest rooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and large closets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, cellular blinds, and blackout curtains to keep out unwanted morning sunlight.

The Residences at Napili Bay has not had any crime for over 16 years, but we have deadbolt locks on the front door and a large combination safe for your valuables. We aim to make you feel safe and secure while you rest asleep.

Now, let's get ready for the beach! For your convenience, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler are all stored in the garage, just waiting to be taken out for fun in the sun! Enjoying the sunset at Napili Bay is a memorable experience. An early coffee at Napili is a great way to start the day. The lanai deck is a special place, perfect for getting the family and friends together to talk story or enjoy a BBQ dinner, or practice yoga on the deck in the early morning.

This property was excellent. The location was great - right across from a wonderful beach with great snorkeling and fully stocked with every amenity imaginable. Kevin provided us with comprehensive clear instructions on access to and care of the property and was very responsive to our few requests. We had a great family vacation with our adult children. I would certainly book this location again if we return to Maui.

Napili bay was awesome! So close and convenient. The house was great. Had everything we needed. So clean!! Loved having a washer and dryer. Also there was a hose in the front and back so we could rinse off the sand before going in the house. The patio was awesome

The pretty Beach

My daughter had been asking for a year to goto the pretty beach and i promised to take her but my budget changed and then i came across this property that gave us everything we needed and more. My family and i are already planning our return. I ended up get sick on the way over and the PM even made sure to come over and check on me after the flight.

Napili Bay Oasis -- perfect for families

This was the perfect spot for our Maui vacation with three kids (ages 10, 13, 16). We don't like the bustle and crowds of Kaanapali, and we much prefer the relative tranquility of Napili. From this beautifully appointed condo, we had multiple beach options within walking distance -- snorkeling in Honokeana Bay and Kapalua Bay, swimming and sunbathing in Napili Bay, boogie boarding in Oneloa Beach (driving is actually easier for that one, and there are spots available in the small parking lot if you arrive before 9:00/9:30). Property manager Kevin was wonderful to work with, both by email, answering my questions before our stay, and then by text while we were there for the couple of small things that came up.

Magical Maui

The property delivered as described and more so! Kevin, the property manager, was awesome, responding immediately to any requests. The property was ultra clean and came equipped with quality amenities. All appliances were in good working order and the patio/lanai was a great surprise. The nearby beach, which was an extremely short walk, was perfect for us and our 2 year old Granddaughter. Overall this property on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 15! Mahalo - The McDaniel’s from Minnesota.

Good vacation spot

Overall this property was good for our large family and our first trip to Hawaii. I do feel like it could have been cleaned a little better prior to arrival but I am a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness. The location was good and was truly just a few steps to the beach and that was amazing. It also came with everything needed for the beach which was a huge plus. I did miss the part about the washer and dryer being in the basement so that was a bit of a bummer. Would have been so much easier if inside the unit. We did have a small problem with ants on the counter and cabinets so we really had to be careful with placing any food on the counter which was hard because we had kids and they love snacks. Also, the description said there was a Weber grill on the back lanai which we were excited about, but instead it was a much cheaper grill that was extremely dirty and rusted on the inside. We were able to clean the best we could to utilize for a couple meals but would have been nice to have a Weber as the description said. Also, the outdoor furniture is totally different than shown in the pictures on the listing. The pics showed nice wicker style outdoor patio furniture and everything there was a metal style. The only other complaint was we were not able to turn the air down any lower than 71 per the directions we received at check in. It didn’t state anything about that in the initial description so we tended to get warm inside the house. Overall it was a decent place.

Great place for a family vacation!!

Great place to spend some time with your family in Maui. Clean and spacious with an amazing back deck. Compared to the places other family members were staying, this condo had much more room and places for larger groups to gather. While there are no views of the ocean, the beach is a 5-minute walk and the towels and chairs in the garage make for a relaxing beach stay. We definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Property

We had such a great family vacation in Maui. The Condo was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and even some bonus items like macadamia nut and banana pancake mix and every spice you could need. The condo is across the street from the beach so we walked every morning to the beach.

Amazing stay in Nāpili!

Our stay and the house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The home was beautiful, had all the amenities you could want (kitchen appliances, towels, beach chairs and toys, you name it!), and Kevin was always available to answer any questions. A quick 2 minute walk to Napili Bay or 5 minute walk to Kapalua and we were in paradise! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back someday.

We moved to Maui to enjoy year-round warm weather and the ocean. Maui offers the opportunity to slow down from the daily grind. Aside from enjoying the breathtaking sunsets, there is a strong sense of community here. We met and married on Maui in 2004. We enjoy kayaking, playing the ukulele, golfing, surfing, windsurfing, swimming, and snorkeling. We often take a monthly trip aboard the Gemini Catamaran (especially during whale season).

Why they chose this property

We have lived at The Residences at Napili Bay (then known as Napili Gardens) for 13 years. We chose this location because of the proximity to Napili Bay, and because our unit enjoys tons of sunlight due to the location and partly because of the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. We love to entertain in our townhouse, and over the years it has been the perfect place to invite friends and family for dinner.
