Facing the coast of the great wines of Burgundy, 10 km from Beaune and 25 km from Chalon-sur-Saone, Martine and Hubert welcome you to their cottage, fruit of a work motivated by the attention to detail and comfort , in a spacious, carefully renovated, traditional Bressan farm, in the heart of a typical village, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by forests and ponds, nestled on the edge of the Côte d'Or. Pleasant property with a large landscaped and flowered area, open to the surrounding nature. Charming landscaped setting preserved, country and natural. Very good comfort. Very spacious. Large room of life. Warm country charm of contemporary inspiration, with elegant style architecture. Zen atmosphere and cozy. Private terrace exposed and shaded. Composition: House adjoining the owners and their guest house (3 guest rooms). Duplex. Heating by reversible air-conditioning. Wireless. Access to the cottage on the 1st floor: Kitchen open to living room (convertible 2 p.140x190cm), 1 bedroom (bed 2 p.160x200cm) with private whirlpool bath.
