The COMPLETE PLATINUM PLUS RENOVATION - completed November 2019 - has unveiled an unparalleled 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom (2 of which are en-suites) space! Nothing was overlooked with this renovation, including the addition of a full bath to the upstairs bedroom which only adds to the already family friendly and spacious space. Fabulous space,views and ski convenience make this a favorite among guests!

DIRECT ski in/ski out access is another bonus of this unit. Directly out the back doors and 20 yards down to the chairlift.

The expansive sweeping mountain views are breathtaking from this top floor, front and center unit! EVERYTHING is entirely new and the kitchen expanded to offer even better views! All brand new, top notch cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, appliances, furniture, hardwood flooring, mattresses, bedding and bathrooms! All have been completely updated to the highest levels, including a new full size washer/dryer conveniently located. All the amenities that one can savor while enjoying the expansive mountain views!

This property was purchased before construction even took place. This is the ultimate, prime location! It is on the top floor with front and center mountain views. Since the opening of Beaver Creek Mountain, sometime in the late 1980's, we have come to Beaver Creek. Summer and winter alike!

From the moment you enter the room, the mountain peaks are evident. Watch the skiers ski down the mountain from your balcony or family room, or hikers, bikers and horses on the mountain in the summer months. Gorgeous mountain views can actually be seen from all three of the bedrooms.

The Borders Lodge offers a unique combination of seclusion and convenience. This elegant ski-in/ski-out property lies just steps from the Elkhorn lift and within walking distance to the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Its unique hillside location affords spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain to the south and the rolling fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Course to the north.
Our unit also comes complete with a fireplace, washer and dryer as well as a private balcony with expansive mountain views.
A heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, heated covered parking, complimentary WIFI, complimentary coffee bar are included amenities.
A recent $1.6 million renovation, unveiled for the 2013/2014 ski season, updated the interior common areas with red birch woodwork, custom granite selections, wool carpeting and slate tiling to enhance the look and feel of a sophisticated mountain lodge.
Marrying the comfort of a private residence with the personal service of a fine hotel, The Borders Lodge offers daily front desk, private underground parking and complimentary on-demand shuttle service. Additional resort amenities include a group meeting room for up to 50 people.

Spring Break

This condo has been beautifully updated and is in a great ski-in/ski-out location. From the Upper Borders Lobby you can easily ski down to the Elkhart lift and return to the unit back door lobby on your skis.

Beautiful condo in a quiet building

The set up was perfect for a short stay with our adult children. The property was well maintained and well outfitted. The beds were comfy and there’s plenty of room to spread out. Ski locker set up is terrific. Travelers should be aware that while it is ski in/ski out is is very remote from the village and to access the amenities of Beaver Creek Village such as ski lessons, you will have quite a long trek unless you go by shuttle or car. This property is not centrally located which is fine if staying with skiers with some experience. Adult beginners could find getting to instruction sites quite challenging. The building is also not signed from the slope making a return after a long day somewhat confusing. The shuttle service was easy to use and was necessary for dinner reservations when the snow was heavy.

Our stay was exceptional in this unit! Fantastic view of mountain and close to town! Ski lockers adjacent to exterior door for ski in/out access. Unit was very well stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained! Garage parking, bus service, and scheduled housekeeping completed the exceptional experience!

Beautiful property and supplied well!

We stayed for 4 nights after Christmas. The property is beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean as can be. The lifts weren't operating for ski-in/ski-out and the shuttle service was incredibly slow, but that isn't the fault of the property itself. I am told when there is more snow the lifts operate fully.

Amazing Vacation & First Class Experience!!!!!

If luxury, beauty and a 1st class experience is what you are looking for, this is it. The owner spared no expense in the design, service and supplying of this beautiful Upper Borders unit. Upper Borders is a GEM, ski-in, ski-out is awesome and the downstairs lockers make skiing and awesome experience. Ownership has staff that manage the property and along with cleaning services reach out to check on you to make sure your experience goes wonderfully, which ours did. We can’t say enough good things about ownership and her team, but to say we will be back, and thank you Christy!!

We loved our stay!

Really cute condo! Perfect for family because there are bedrooms on 2 floors which gives everyone privacy. This unit is ski in/out which was very convenient. The only negative was it was a blue run to the condo and a little too difficult for me (I ski greens). This beautifully decorated condo is well appointed and immaculate! We will definitely book it again!

Beautiful condo in great location

This place was fantastic. Beautifully furnished, right on the Elkhorn lift and a 10-minute walk from the village. We had two adults and three teens, and each of us had our bed -- perfect setup! Highly recommend this place, and we hope to return to enjoy it again. :)

1st timers

Perfection! This condo was better than we imagined. The location, views, amenities are top notch! Our kids loved their room-bunk beds, sky lights, couch, tv! It was like my 8 and 9 year old had there own little suite! The property had ample space for the kids to play in the snow when we weren’t skiing or hanging in the village. The village center was a 2 minute shuttle ride from the front door. No need for a car! We had groceries delivered from and eat in most breakfast and dinners because the condo was so darn cozy and nice! I could go on for days about how great everything was! The housekeeper/liaison Edith was beyond!

The property is beautifully updated, clean, and has exceptional views. We were impressed with the amenities and kitchen. Chrisy was responsive and prompt when we had a question. This is an absolutely stunning condo with quick and easy shuttle service to Centennial to ski! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo in the Perfect Location!

Plenty of space for our family of 6 and the remodel is great. Easy ski in ski out as long as you can handle blue runs. My 10 and 8 year olds did fine and loved it. Easy pickup using the Beaver Creek shuttles for dinner and shopping. Highly recommended!

Spectacular Beaver Creek Condo

This property exceeded our expectations. The property manager, Chrisy, was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit is gorgeously furnished, has upscale appliances and amenities, and is in a perfect location. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and accessories one could ask for. The cleaning staff came in to straighten up mid stay which was greatly appreciated. The location is incredible. It is easy for even novice skiers to ski out of the condo and down to the chair lift. It is walkable to the Beaver Creek Village, and the free town shuttle is incredibly convenient too. It takes a bit more expertise to ski back directly to the unit but we did it often. We give it our highest recommendation and hope to stay in the unit again in the future!

Gorgeous Vacation Home

Truly a vacation feel. The condo has amazing mountain views and is updated quite nicely. The free shuttle app is awesome, the condo is ski-in and ski-out at this time of year (I’m not sure if it depends on the amount of snow). The master bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again.

EXCEPTIONAL! (And answer to Prayer!)

Don’t even look further..This is where you want to stay! We enjoyed a week here at this beautiful ski in/ski out property after having to evacuate our hotel due to the boiler blowing up and leaving the building without heat, hot water and us scrambling at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon to find a place to stay. Luckily, we found this property and opened the door to find beauty and the serenity we needed in that moment. The living room view with its floor to ceiling windows provide a spectacular view of the mountain! The kitchen and the furnishings are high quality and the furniture comfortable and cozy. EVERYTHING is simply beautiful. A friendly, efficient cleaning crew even came twice in one week!! The BC shuttle coming right to the building is a bonus for non skiers wanting a day in the village and for dinners out. Chrisy is quick to reply by text and phone and makes sure your every need is met. For our family of 4 adults and 2 children - this property turned our second week in Beaver Creek into a beautiful ski vacation for us all.

Mountain magic

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing newly remodeled condo. The location is perfect to village with ski in/out access made our daily ski adventures so easy. The furnishings are beautiful and fireplace, so cozy. We will make a point to return for sure! Thank you Chrissy!!

True ski in ski out, best kitchen

Honestly, we truly enjoyed this place. It is perfect for ski in ski out. The kitchen in this condo had everything you need to cook meals. They also had plenty or toilet Papaw’s, paper towels, soap, ect... Also, the condo was very clean, contemporary decorated with comfortable beds. Thanks for an awesome stay!
