Cozy Cottage Getaway

The Cottage is a very unique property and was originally built in 1925. It has been completely custom remodeled and is a one of a kind home. The Cottage is located in a quiet, cozy area of Thousand Oaks with it's own private, fenced yard and a front porch under a shady tree for lounging. The cottage is equipped with a Palliser Cloud-Z sofa bed. These are advertised as the most comfortable sofa bed ever made and contains no springs, a memory foam mattress and do not disappoint! Most of the amenities in the Cottage are newly purchased. So step back in time and join us for an experience you'll both enjoy and remember! We also have a second unit on the property called the Retreat. So if your dates are not available or you are traveling with others that need accommodation, please check at the Retreat.
In addition, due to the pandemic crisis we have established a new cleaning procedure. Every surface that can be touched by a guest will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after every guests stay. We will also be allowing 24 hours between each guests stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaning crews. And we always have a non interactive checkin and check out and are following all the required protocols for our guests safety.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Cottage

Our stay at the cottage was perfect! Check in/out was effortless and communications from host were timely. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the garden was lovely. WIFI and cable TV’s were great. We look forward to staying at the Cottage again next time we are in Thousand Oaks area.

Quiet Little Cottage

I stayed here while moving my nephew into college for 12 days. Couldn’t have asked for a better home for the week. My nephew stayed one night and said the pull out couch was comfortable. Everything about the cottage is comfortable, clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!

Winter getaway

This cottage was the perfect place for my winter getaway. Just the right size for 1 person but large enough for a couple more if necessary. I loved the door entry lock and not having to coordinate my arrival to pick up a key. Allen was very easy to work with although I had very few reasons to contact him throughout my stay. I would certainly recommend this cottage to others and will definitely try to stay there again the next time I am out that way.
