This house, bathed in daylight, offers, from all rooms, splendid views of the Mediterranean.
It is made up of a ground floor and two floors.
The first floor includes the entrance to the house, two bedrooms and a bathroom directly overlooking the sea.
The second floor is made up of two completely independent bedrooms with private bathroom.
The ground floor is the main living room including the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The exterior includes large terraces, an outdoor shower and a toilet.
All rooms are heated and air-conditioned.
This holiday home is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in Collioure or to explore this whole part of the south of France.

Bed sheets, pillow covers, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels must be paid to the agency upon arrival on site, including cleaning for a compulsory flat rate of €220 per stay.
Departures or arrivals on Sunday or public holidays will be managed with the key box. The agency will then come either on Monday or Saturday to inspect the entry or exit premises.
