!!RENOVATED PENTHOUSE!! Seafront apartment in Benidorm, 5 min walking to the beach. 30 mins from Alicante airport. WIFI FREE, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, sleeps 2/6 people. Situated in the Rincon De Loix area of Benidorm, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to the indoor market and Casino. Approx 5 minutes walk to the Levante beach (flat area).
Apartment are on top (17) floor and has huge open terrace with sun beds, grill and spectacular views to the sea and town. Also apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 double , 2 single beds and 1 double folding sofa/bed. In Apartment You will find big flat (120cm) LCD TV with satellite television and air conditioner. A small kitchen with el. plate, microwave, toaster, blender, washing machine and all cooking utensils.
Swimming pool with the shower surrounded by a sun lounge gated area, opens yearly from june to september . A large gated private car parking is available. Public transport is only a 2 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for your holiday. On arrival we are always there to greet you in person to familiarise with the area and the apartment.
The Square is a non-stop all night entertainment meeting place and a short walk for all your nightime entertainment. Plenty of wifi hotspots in the local restaurants some are 24 hours and bars so you can keep in touch with your friends.

Another great stay.Location is perfect. This is a top floor apartment so has a large outside space to sunbathe and relax.The apartment itself is large for 2 people but same as last year needs some money spending on it,if a few small things are put right,it would be perfect for us.

Second stay this year at this apartment.Needs a little TLC,[dishwasher still not working,a couple of cracked windows,blinds in bedroom broken],but this did not impact our holiday. Had another great stay,love the apartment and the outside area.If the small problems are put right,it would be perfect.

Les points positifs: Position de l’appartement, la vue , la terrasse, l’emplacement bars et restaurant s à proximité, la Clim et le wifi. Les points négatifs : Appartement trouvé sale , le mobilier est vétuste très vétuste, et surtout la place de parking, le premier arrivé premier garé, autrement dit si toute les places sont prise dans le parking , vous devez trouver une place dehors …. Tired apartment- great terrace

The apartment is in a great location for restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach - the terrace is superb, a great spot for relaxing. The apartment itself is tired, poorly equipped and certainly could be cleaner. The dishwasher was out of use, there was only one wineglass (we were a party of four adults) the cushions on the terrace furniture were pretty hopeless, there were two sun beds, one was broken and had been repaired with tape but didn’t look safe enough to use. For the price we paid the value was good however the owner should perhaps consider improving the interior cleanliness and upgrading the fixtures and fittings.

Perfect location, great views and an excellent outdoor space

The apartment was very central to the locations we frequent. The outdoor space was amazing, and although our weather wasn’t great I think this would be excellent in the summer months. The inside was good with excellent views. The decor is a bit tired and dated and could do with a refresh. Shower screen fell off every time we used it. Check in didn’t happen as expected and the laundry where we were supposed to pick up the keys was closed although we had advised our ETA which was almost spot on. However a quick phone call soon sorted us out. The host was very responsive to all contact and we had someone round within minutes of advising we had locked the safe and couldn’t access it, completely our fault. I can’t fault the host at all. All in all the accommodation met our needs and I would be more than happy to stay again.

Het penthouse had een schitterend uitzicht over Benidorm en hebben er een leuke vakantie gehad. Maar toch waren er jammer genoeg een aantal punten niet inorde bij het verblijf. Zo werkte onze afwasmachine niet daar plakte een papiertje op met defect.De deurklink van buiten op het terras viel er constant af.De netheid kon ook veel beter, een dikke rand stof aan de vensters, stof boven op de kasten in de badkamer en onder het bed, en haar in het putje van de douche.Ik denk ze beter een andere kuisvrouw aannemen.De televisie werkte ook niet optimaal daar konden we maar naar 1 tv kanaal kijken.Online stond er op kindvriendelijk maar dat was het absoluut niet , ik had een reisbedje gevraagd voor mijn zoontje van 1, 5 jaar maar toen we aankwamen was er geen reisbedje voorzien en zelfs ook geen eetstoel niet zo heel praktisch dus. Allemaal wat jammer want het is een prachtig penthouse, met hier en daar wat dingen terug in orde te maken en wat beter te poetsen zou het al heel wat aangenamer maken. mvg , Leticia

Great apartment.

This is my first time in Benidorm, I could not have wished for a better place to stay. Great location near bars and shops. The apartment was everything I thought it would be! Will definitely be coming back. Xx

Great location brilliant views

This Penthouse is in an ideal situation for shops, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. The outside space of this penthouse is really spacious with fabulous views. There are only 2 sun beds so if more than 2 staying there are dining chairs and a couple of outdoor armchairs & 2 seater settee that can be used for sunbathing. In our opinion the inside is basic only comfortable seating is the bed settee which would seat 2 people comfortably 3 at a push so if there are more people they would have to use the dining chairs which are not that comfortable. There is only one mirror which is in the bathroom so ladies you will need to take a make-up mirror. The twin beds are very comfortable but no bedside lamps or sockets so you would need a portable reading light if you don't want to get up and turn the main light switch off which is located in the fitted wardrobe. The double bed mattress needs replacing as you can feel the springs and was very uncomfortable. None of the beds had mattress protective covers and the singles did not have top sheets just a very thin nylon cover luckily we found some sheets which had seen better days and a couple of single duvets but no duvet covers and no double duvet. As night time gets chilly this time of year duvets are essential. The bathroom was not up to standard and could really do with some TLC. The dishwasher was out of order and no T-towels for drying we were left 2 face flannels by the sink which we assumed was in place of T-towels. If the issues we have raised were addressed we would recommend this Penthouse but not in it's current condition.

Brilliantly situated with views like no other place from the huge terrace

This was a great valve for money property. With fabulous views over benidorm and the sea. The sunsets from the roof terrace were amazing. No noise at all from other residents and safe place to stay. I det store og hele en udmærket lejlighed. I sær terrassen med udsigt over byen, bjergne og havet

Tilbragte 3 uger i lejligheden, hvor vi blev mødt af Alexandra som viste rundt . Vi fandt efterfølgende ud af at sengetøj bestod af lagener og evt. tæpper. Vi gjorde opmærksom på at den ene solseng var ved at bryde sammen, at den ene lampe i soveværelset var itu og at TVèt ikke virkede. Det fik vi ikke meget ud af. Efter flere forklaringer og forsøg opgav vi at se TV og vaskemaskinen fil vi også gang i, så sengetøj kunne skiftes. Heldigvis virkede Wi-Fi fint. Bortset fra det havde vi en fin ferie. Og tak for den nye kaffemaskine. Jørgen og Knud

lovely place to stay. it has brilliant views.

we stayed here from 20th dec 2017 till 27th dec 2017, it was a lovely place to stay over the Christmas period. it has brilliant views day and night. The property has everything you need and it's only a short walk to beach and shops. Would definitely book this place up again if we went. Thanks for the lovely place for the week.

Fabulous apartment and excellent location

I stayed here my husband and three children aged 17, 13 & 9. The apartment is lovely with all the appliances you need for a relaxing self catering holiday (washing machine, hob, iron and board, microwave, toaster and hairdryer and full fridge freezer). A major plus for this apartment id the air conditioning and the wifi which was great for the kids in the ecening. The outside terrace is amazing with fabulous views by day and night and lovely and relaxing to enjoy an evening drink. It is located 5 min walk from the beach and 5 mins from the main pub area but has a lot of pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from in the immediate location. The pool in the cmplex is a bit small and there are no sumbeds around the pool area and only 4 chairs but my kids loved it as they were uaually the only ones in the pool and we used other hotel pools across the road and next door. 5 minutes around the corner there is a large Dias supermarket near the music tavern. I would recommend this apartment but not suitable for wheelchairs or small children. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely rent the apartment again.

Very tatty and dirty

Am staying at this apartment at this moment but if I had a choice, I would move somewhere else for the duration of our holiday. The apartment initially looked clean but as we had just arrived after a stressful journey, we did not make a full inspection. The shower was absolutely filthy and the door seals around the fridge were disgusting. Obviously neither had been cleaned in a long time. I intend to contact the owner directly about the long list of complaints but would not recommend a stay in this apartment until it had been thoroughly deep cleaned. The only saving grace is the huge outside terrace although the sunshades had been removed making it unbearable at certain times of the day. I also bought seat cushions for the loungers amongst many other necessary buys

Good apartment with great terrace

We stayed at the property for a week. We were met by Roman who showed us around and explained everything and he was lovely. All of the electrics(including the heating which we needed at night after we'd been out), wifi etc worked fine. We did have a leak in the bathroom but Roman was with us within 20 minutes and sorted it out so you can't ask for any better. The furnishings inside the apartment are adequate for a holiday let but my only slight negative was that the beds were only made up with a sheet and a thin cover. Blankets were provided but they were heavy and not to my taste so we bought duvets, which we left, and were warm and cosy. The terrace is lovely and in January got the sun from 9.30 to 3.30 which is brilliant for that time of year. It was very private and comfortably serviced. The area was quiet at night but 100 metres from the door on Calle Londres there are numerous english bars and they seemed to be busy, all offering food but we didn't try any of them. Our favourite for a night cap though was the spanish snack bar on the corner La Murada it had a lovely heated terrace and a very pleasant barman. Of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity we tried were Casa Jan and Duetto both great, also the China Garden just up the road on the main street, good food and incredibly cheap. Buses to everywhere were at the stops near the indoor market. Overall a great holiday and we would book again.

In need of repairs and not cleaned very well at al

We found the place unclean and with many faults,the wifi never worked nor did the cooker. The electrics went off so many times,we knew we had to watch the amount off usage but it went off with jush a kettle and tv on. No linen change unless you pay extra which is not mentioned in the web details and the outsde balcony area was filthy. Would never book there again. The last write up before me was only added after i rang the owner to complain.
