Palm Key is a quiet serene area that allows you to experience the busy life at the attractions during the day but then come home to relax away from the busy tourist pace.
Palm Key Village is a quiet all-age community that prides itself in being a peaceful safe community.

Getting Around:
Once you leave the quiet Palm Key community;
Disney's Animal Kingdom is 22 minutes away,
ESPN's Sports Complex is 26 minutes,
Margaritaville is 16 minutes,
Universal Studios 23 miles,
Restaurant row (with establishments such as Bahama Breeze, Texas Road House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Culvers, Olive Garden, On the Border, Golden Corral, and others) begins only 10 minutes from home.
For your food shopping convenience; Walmart, Publix, and Aldi's are all within only 8 - 12 minutes away.

We do allow pets but do reserve the right to restrict some breeds, sizes, and number.

Service Animal Policy
We kindly ask guests with service animals to answer the following ADA-permitted questions:

Is the service animal required due to a disability?
What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?

We fully support the rights of individuals with disabilities and welcome service animals. There are no additional charges or increased security deposits for service animals; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their service animal.

Per the ADA:
"Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents their use.

In such cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective means. The service animal must be under control by the handler at all times and may never be left alone."

Misrepresentation of a Pet as a Service Animal
Honesty regarding service animals is greatly appreciated. If a pet is misrepresented as a service animal, Airbnb’s policy allows for appropriate action, which may include:
Seeking compensation for any damages. Reporting the misrepresentation to the proper authorities.
Requiring the guest(s) to vacate the property.
In such cases, refunds for unused rental time may not be provided.
