Convenient place and good price

Suited us well. Close to Disney attractions despite the commute time due to traffic. Walmart , Dusney gift shops, and dining is close. Entrance on Old King Road could use a sign to know where the entrance is a bit easier. I would rather spend my money on tangible things compared to hotel prices, so for the 12 nights we stayed, very well worth the price. Would be my first option to look at if I make it to the area again.

Rental condo at Crestwynd Bay

I found the listing for this vacation property to be informative and accurate. The pictures were exacty as we found the condo. All amenties were available as described. The property was clean and very well maintained. The owner provided very good customer service and was very prompt answering any questions and inquiries. I would certainly reccommend this property to my relatives and friends. The location was excellent being close to all the main attractions as well as shopping and dining. The area is very busy but the condo is located in a very quiet area. I would take a walk every day for an hour or so and really enjoyed the neighbourhoods near the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed Disney, Gatorland and the pool at the property also. The restaurants were all good and the staff were always very friendly. Shopping was fantastic and really well priced. We also visited Siesta Beach and Tarpond Springs and were impressed with the beauty of the area and freindliness of the people. Overall we had a great time in Florida and would not hesitate to visit again and book through HomeAway. Thanks again.

Great Condo-Clean and Spacious

My father, husband, sister, and I all spent a week in this condo for our Disney/Universal vacation. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures, and very close to Disney and Universal (5 minutes and 20 minutes away). It is a great rental for the price with plenty of room for our whole family. We had easy access to WiFi which is a nice feature. It was extremely clean and well-stocked. We did have to buy extra toilet paper and hand soap, but for the most part, we had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing coffee filters if you are coffee drinkers like my family. I do agree that a few of the bedrooms are lacking good lighting; however, that would be my ONLY complaint (if you can even call it a complaint). The owner was very quick on the reply, and we had no trouble getting back our security deposit. It was also very clean as the toilet seats still had the clean seal on them, and we found no trash, bugs, or the like upon first arrival. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and we may even use it again for our future Disney vacations!

Quiet and conveniently located

The place was quiet and conveniently located but that is about where the good points end. There was hair on the floor of the master bedroom that swirled around when we turned on the fan. There were 4 bath towels but no hand towels (except in the kitchen) and no wash clothes. We ended up going to Walmart to have enough towels for my whole family. The crib was placed right up against a plug that had no child safety covers… not a great idea there… There was a whole behind the master bedroom door and a lot of work needs to be done to fix the kitchen. Part of the counter is peeling off and someone very badly filled in some of the caulking behind the sink. Pretty sure I would not recommend staying here until they do some major fixing up and get a new cleaning crew in.

Just ok

Need updating, things to be fix. Drawers were broken, dryer knob was holding up with a wire, sink in the kitchen was clogged consistently and stains on the carpet. The good thing is it's near the parks.

Great location and very spacious

My family and I loved this home! It was more than enough space for the 7 of us. The location was also particularly convenient, across from Walmart, 10 min.s from Disney World and 15 min.s from Universal Studios. Would definitely rent again!

Clean, close, and comfortable

Condo had plenty of room for my family. It was very close to the Disney entrance with plenty of restaurants around. The condo was clean with plenty of towels and linens. Everything you need is there. We loved the location to the parks and walmart is right there if you need anything. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Disney.

Not taken care of, items not working, mold and water damage in the condo.

There was water damage and mold in the A/C intake vent. We reported it to 3 different phone numbers within the first 30 minutes of arriving on Friday night. Called sgain on Sunday morning and spoke to an actual person. Someone came out on Monday to supposedly deal with the mold, and the non working toaster, DVD player, and television. The TV was the only item fixed on Monday. We received a new toaster on Tuesday, but the mold was never addressed. We emailed the management company Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday but they denied it being mold and said it was just water stains. However, the smell of mold was very strong and when you opened the intake vent and removed the dirty filter, there were spores all throughout the intake vent area. It wasn't until Thursday night that we were offered other accommodations. At that point we only had three days left of our stay and had no guarantee the other home would be better. The condo was also just not kept up with. Dressers were broken, beds were hard and uneven. The only nice thing I can say is that it was conveniently located to the Disney parks

Great property, pleasant stay

We rented condo in May, 2017. We stayed in similar condo in the same complex in the past. This condo is so spacious, quite, location is totally awesome. Whatever you go there are stores, grocery, nails, TJmaxx. :-) We loved place and driving to Disney was unbelievably easy and in 10 minute range. The only down side is that condo is limited on supplies. If you cook dinner you have nothing to wash with. There is no dish soap. Dishwasher soap is not included either. If you need wash hands there are tiny, super duper small hand soap which is gone after first wash. Toilet paper is very limited. When you arrive buy your own soap, dish, dishwasher, laundry. Good thing they have tons of bath towels. But we will definitely return. I would recommend thus place. Thank you

Close to Disney, big enough for the whole family.

Great value here. We slept 5 with room to spare. The a/c wasn't working and the management company was able to fix it the same day. Overall a great time, we would stay again.

Plenty of space, close to Disney- perfect for those on a Budget

We found this property to be adequate to our needs. Perfect for keeping our accommodation budget low. Furnishing was a bit shabby, but clean. The bed in the master was very firm (uncomfortably so), and the mattresses were inflatable in the kids room. There were signs taped to the walls- one of which warned to not lower the A/C below 72 degrees which we felt was a bit warm. The pool was just across the parking lot which was convient. Taking the trash out was a chore as the compacter was on the other side of the complex. We used Uber to get around, getting to Disney and it's various properties was very convient. I don't think we'd stay again but I would say the price was right and the nearness to Disney was spot on.

nice, clean and close to disney

We had a great time. We spent 2 weeks in this property during Oct. 4 adults and 2 kids - plenty of space. Swimming pool was always empty - almost private! Everything matched the description. Owner always replied promptly to all questions. Disney World was less than 15min driving. I'd certainly stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great property

This is our second stay at the Crestwyn Bay community. It is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. This townhouse was superb. Spacious, well cared for and fabulously close to Disney World and shopping. I loved that there were extra towels for our week long stay and plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable when we weren't at the parks. I recommend Crestwyn Bay to everyone I know who is willing to consider a more relaxing vacation off Disney property.

Great Time

My wife and I and our two boys spent the week here on our trip to the Disney World. Very conviently located. Rooms were nice. Close to a selection of restraunts. 5-10 minute drive to the main entrance of Disney. I would definately return for another stay. Landlord very quick to respond to questions and accomidation request.

Horrible experience Stay away!

Beds are old spring mattresses so you might toss around at night a lot Sofas in living room are old as well and sag you uncomfortably Don't call management number for even a single empty trash bag, no matter how long you stay, its your responsibility to buy. Bulb in living room was fused, thankfully I was able to find a spare. Other than that, property manager (owner) is quite dishonest. Kept my 'fully refundable' security deposit under the rule of 'My property my rule'.

I would like to explain and solve the concerns you may have regarding to the rental. 1. I understand the spring mattress might not be a few thousand dollar top of the line product. However, we have tried to find the perfect mattress for everyone. As you may know everyone prefer different softness on the mattress. The sofa we offer in the living room is a sleeper sofa. We find that soft cushion sofas are what most of our guest's favorite. I am very sorry that the mattress and the sofa did not suit your need. 2. As for the advertisement we provide extra towels, linens, kitchen utensils and sometimes in your case light bulbs just in case one of the bulbs goes out. The things we do not provide are shampoos, hair conditioners, shower gels, extra trash bags and dish soap. Some times the previous guest might have left some at the home. However, these are the things that guests need to prepare on their behalf. After all we are trying to make every guest happy by improving the standard equipment for the home. 3. The most important - Deposit I have refunded your full deposit through homeaway 4 days after your check out date, I have contacted customer support and they have confirmed with me that the deposit was refunded to you. If you need deposit refund confirmation please contact homeaway customer service. It is a 24hr support line. I just want to let you know that i did not kept your deposit for rental 325267. Sometimes if you have paid with credit card for the deposit, the refund may take up to 30 days to show up on your statement. Lastly, I hope i answered all your concerns. At the end, our goal is to have all of guest to enjoy their vacation in our homes. I apologize for any inconvenience that you had for your stay. Great Place Perfect for the Family

This was a great place to stay for our Disney vacation. The pictures accurately represented the interior and everything was clean and in good repair. Nice quiet gated community was ideal for relaxing when we weren't at the park and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom parking lot. The crib and extra stroller were HUGE bonuses for us. Definitely would recommend to friends or family.
