The unit has covered parking (not for trailers), 4 flat screen LED smart TVs, ceiling fan, stereo speakers throughout, Foosball table, new stainless-steel appliances, and covered deck with bar height furniture to maximize view. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum, one covered spot underneath building and other uncovered in-front. View of marina and charter fishing fleet. Walk to ship store, Blue Water and Tiki Hut.
