TOUT NEUF, maison de luxe géante 4BR au coeur de Music City! Proche de tout à Nashville. Cette maison d'élite se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de points névralgiques tels que le club de comédies Zanies, l'Urban Juicer, le ML Rose, le Hattie B's, etc. Cette maison est empilée avec des finitions haut de gamme, des tonnes de lits confortables, un design sur le thÚme de la ville et de nombreux autres équipements!

L'espace
La maison a trois niveaux avec des finitions magnifiques et modernes, une literie confortable pour les groupes et les familles. Il dispose de plusieurs lits allant des rois de luxe aux cĂ©libataires confortables, en passant par 4 salles de bains complĂštes accompagnĂ©es d’un coin buanderie, etc. Chaque chambre dispose de lits de haute qualitĂ© et d'un espace de rangement pour les objets personnels.

Le coin cuisine comprend des siÚges de bar parallÚles au grand ßlot, une table à manger avec 7 chaises, de nouveaux appareils et de nombreux équipements de cuisine, de la vaisselle, des verres, un mixeur et une cafetiÚre Keurig. Le salon est décoré avec un état d'esprit contemporain accompagné de notre grande télévision flottante. L'espace de vie a été conçu pour maximiser l'espace de l'espace ouvert, donnant l'impression que la maison est encore plus grande.

Host couldn't have been more helpful although whoever manages the property fell woefully short, two wine glasses for eight people broken glass in a broken dishwasher, unable to watch television because there's no cable access had to watch smart TV with nothing but things that have already been programmed and seen chair backs literally off the screws dangerous as hell, trash bins completely full the day we arrived and all in all an aggravating and pitiful experience. again host could not have been more attentive to our complaints and no photos to show because host has all of them.

The kitchen area is clean and well stocked. The only issue was as senior citizens we had a difficult time figuring out the oven symbols. The rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms well supplied. Each room has it’s own TV for individual entertainment. The host was gracious and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is in good condition. The only surprise I had ( probably from not reading discription) was that 1 bedroom is on entry floor. Second bedroom and all entertaining spaces are on 2nd floor and last 2 bedrooms are on 3rd level. We got our steps and exercise in during our stay. Needless to say we slept well each night.

The hosts and this beautiful home are simply amazing! The communication was outstanding! The hosts checked in in our family to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed to enjoy our Nashville vacation. The house is beautiful! It was spotless! Its very very comfortable! It is 10 minutes away from Broadway. Everything we wanted to see and do was minutes away. We highly recommend this property and these wonderful hosts. They deserve kudos and this was truly a fantastic experience!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful townhouse. Quick and less then 5 Lyft ride to downtown Sunday to Wednesday. Great amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryers. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked and easy check in and out. Clean. Perfect for 2 families of 4! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great spacious house

The house was clean and had plenty of space. I am pleased with how attentive the property manager was providing information and responding to questions. The house is located on a very busy small street next to a rehabilitation center. There shouldn’t be parking permitted on the street to allow easy access in and out of the houses. I did see a few ants in the bathroom and kitchen.

Military reunion

5 women, friends for 35 years since being stationed together! We meet every other year and this year was Nashville! The house was beautiful, roomy and the very minor issues/ requests were met with polite, fast responses! Would definitely stay there again!

Cool place with growing maintenance needs

The house is great overall. Lots of space, great location, plus a garage and plenty of parking. The host was quick to reply and super accommodating. However
 the kitchen has a MAJOR ant problem. Ants were everywhere on the counters and in the sink. Almost all of the walls were scuffed to some degree, and several of the fixtures had been torn off the walls. The place didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well before we checked in- there was a smelly bag of trash in the garage, plus hair and pieces of trash on the floor of the bathrooms. The decorative pillows on the bed also seemed to still have the slobber (or other bodily substance) from previous guests. Overall it was a cool place and great location, but definitely needs some love to get back in order

Great stay! We would definitely stay again. Just a few concerns

We came for our daughter’s graduation. 11 occupants and a small gathering after the graduation. Communication with owners was excellent. They were easy to work with. They could not accommodate our early check in but did give us a later check out. The home was very nice in what appeared to be a safe neighborhood. There is one bedroom (2 double beds) and bathroom on first floor. Common area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor with another bedroom (1 queen bed) and bathroom right outside bedroom. Third floor has the master en-suite and another bedroom and bath. Parking - the SUVs were too long for the garage but car fit fine. Limited parking unless you use the side of the house or the rehab parking. But it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Looking for tv remotes??? They have small caddy’s behind the wall mounted tvs for the remote. CONS- there were some ants in the kitchen near the sink and window seal. We had a few guests over to eat so that was a slight concern since we were serving food. - the common area is much smaller than the pics portray but we made it work. - although the owners responded and had someone bring extras - we stayed 2 nights but there was only enough towels for one night which meant we had to wash. IMO there should always be at-least one extra set available in each room. Someone brought extras but only bath so we still had to wash face towels. - not enough trash bags and basic supplies (Paper towels, toilet tissue, hand towels for bathroom).

Lots of potential, but disappointing.

The house itself was great but itwas unfortunately in less than ideal shape; the walls throughout each floor were severely marked, 3/4 bathrooms & the kitchen sink had ants. Most of the sinks would back up while trying to wash your hands. Simple fixes, that would have made a big difference in our experience. Location wise, the road that the house is on is also the entrance to a medical clinic so street parking during the day isn’t really possible with how busy it is.

Luxury is a stretch

This listing was more than adequate for our needs but wouldn't use the word luxury or luxurious to describe it. It's clearly rented by a lot of bachelorette parties as there are scuff marks and tape marks all over the walls. We thought it might have been decorated for the holidays but its a very bare nones place. White walls and a few posters slapped on the walls in various places..Pros:Location to downtownQuietLots of beds/ bathroomsWasher and dryerLarge kitchenCleanCons:Furnishings are well used and not very comfyLots of steps as its 3 floorsSmall living room area for a large group No extras.... ie.... creamer/ sugar for coffee, gamesMattresses were cheap feeling and sagging a bitCouple of the bedrooms were very cramped
