Gulf beach and pool, close to dining and entertainment, overlooking beautiful Lemon Bay

Welcome to your Beach Oasis and Boaters Paradise. This newly renovated two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers breathtaking bay views and has had many recent updates. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and two additional bedroom with twin beds and a trundle bed. There is a well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. WIFI included. Enjoy the views of Lemon bay from the lanai that has a large table and chairs. There are also views of the gulf from the bedrooms which is only a 1 minute walk from the condo.

The condo has use of a heated pool and gulf beach access. Walking distance to the many restaurants and bars on the key. Boat slip access available on request (first come first serve). Minimum 7 night stay.

Great condo

Perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Beach access across the street was convenient. Loved being able to dock our boat that we rented while there. Condo was recently upgraded. Downstairs bedroom was too small to access trundle, so guests had to use upstairs bedroom and share the bathroom upstairs with us. Luggage lift or elevator would have been nice. But overall we loved it!

Nice condo steps to beach and restaurants

The property was nice to bedroom condo ,walking distance close to restaurants and the beach. It was first very unclear whether to pick up keys but then we found the location. Property manager was helpful at the beginning during the booking process enduring refunding one day less day. Property needs hairdryer, garbage bags, toilet paper, and salt and pepper. Air heat didn’t work one very cold day (40) property is very close to the Stump Beac State Park, Community yoga on to beach, Town of Venice for shopping, and 1.15 from Fort Myers airport.

Great Place to stay and enjoy the warm weather.

We had my husband, myself, our daughter and granddaughter staying for a week. We enjoyed the near by beach and the beach chairs, umbrella and cart to take everything to the beach. We also enjoyed the full kitchen and many television sets.
